Phenomenal customer service, quote received quickly and with very reasonable rates within an hour of requesting. They came out same day, identified the issue with our aircon and had the parts ordered and the unit repaired within three days. Delighted, would highly recommend and will definately use again. Good genuine honest company. Thanks Guys

Requested intervention to repair a leak on aircon and refill the gas. Technician come and confirm the leak but cannot fix it. So I have to pay 180$ for something I already know. Request a quote to repair. Quote was 1500$! Finally, got it fixed by a qualified aircon contractor for 220$ (140$ for manpower and 80$ for gas)

Very disappointed, they are very unprofessional. And I would never recommend them to anyone. No we were told we were booked in on Monday, they gave us a time. We waited all day and not one phone call to say they were running late they won’t be able to make it today. Again we are booked in on the Tuesday same thing no phone call no text message to say I’m really sorry we’re running late we won’t be able to make it. So on Wednesday my husband rings and speaks to the lady. Who said she should’ve answer the phone in the first place and said that somebody would be messaging us today to arrange for someone to come out. So then we get confirmation that we have been booked in for Friday morning. And 1 o’clock comes and we still haven’t received a phone call or a text message so we send another message to ask if they’re coming. It took another couple of hours to get a response. And they want to know if we want to be booked in for next week? I understand that things sometimes can happen people get sick but if you are running a business and you’ve organise for someone to come out at a time it would be professional if you could call or send a text saying that you’re not going to make it instead of letting people wait all day thinking that someone’s got to come out.

Don't bother, my job was supposed to be on Friday 16th June so I phoned at 9.12am to find out what Time they were coming to do my job but didn't get a reply so I cancelled the next day.

Aircon technician supposed to come out between 7.30 and 8amPhoned them after 8 and first time told technician is sick - second time told he is on his way and when I complained simply said I will cancel it and banged the phone downAbsolutely rude!! I will never use them again

Emailed to get my evaporative aircon serviced after it was blowing warm air sometimes.Initial response was fine and had someone come out to do the service which was all good. Had to replace the float valve and was told it wasn’t in stock and would have to wait for it to get ordered in. 3 weeks later and I hadn’t heard anything so emailed for an update. Next day I get a call to find out what time he can come to install the part. Obviously had forgotten until my email reminded them.Float valve was installed and 3 days later a neighbour notified me that the air con was leaking a large amount of water.Emailed again to get the leak fixed. 2 days later they came out and fixed it.4 days after that the 2 side panels fell of the aircon unit and slid down the roof.Called the owner and he said someone would come out the next day to fix it. Told him that I would need to have a chat to him about the water leak as the water bill had come and was considerably higher than usual. He completely shut me down and said it was nothing to do with them. And that amount of water definitely wasn’t their fault. I didn’t even get the chance to present my case to him or tell him any amount of litres or dollars he just shut me down and hung up.I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.I have no problem if the tradies have made a mistake but the boss didn’t want to take any responsibility for it and was actually quite rude.

Excellent service from beginning to end. A big enough company to have lots of Electricians available, hence able to come out the next day (unlike some others that had wait times of up to 3 weeks to fix an aircon fault in the middle of summer in Perth!) but small enough that you get delightfully friendly service from the same person answering the phone who remembers your name and the issue at hand. Very reasonable price as well as being fast, reliable and professional.

I called to get a price as I had a quote from another company for the repair of my reverse cycle air con.Firstly, the gentleman who owns the company actually quoted the parts and cost of installation whereas 3 other Companies has declined to do so. The quote was around 30% cheaper than another major air-conditioning company. I then booked a technician to check what another had quoted was wrong, incase I didn't require the parts.The loveliest technician arrived, ontime and started performing his checks. I was curious as to what was taking so long as the technician from the first company only took around 6 or 7 minutes to determine I required a primary and secondary board replacement at a cost of almost 4k.The tech from Austec determined there was zero issues with one panel and the second panel was simply lacking power. He changed out a fuse and my unit was fixed... at a cost of $350. Because of the initial cost quoted I had waited for my insurance company etc and I had gone from requiring cool air-conditioning to needing heat as it had taken 3months. It was bloody freezing and myself and my child were cold!All because another company had greedily tried to take advantage of me not having a clue as to what was wrong with what is a very expensive 11k unit.I'm a single mum who could not afford the 4k quoted initially and Austec did not try to take advantage. They were SOOOO pleasant from start to finish and I can not recommend them highly enough.
