Tips 2 Toes

I have been to Tips 2 Toes before for shellac and have only had pleasant experiences so far but unfortunately not today.The ladies that did my pedicure were pretty good and personable however the lady who did my s&s was not. She was incredibly rough on my cuticles which were bone dry (no water soak at all). The s&s itself is bumpy in a few places and I left with no moisturiser and smudges around some of the nails. My cuticles are very sore, and I am hoping no infections occur.

Absolutely horrible! This has been the worst experience I have ever had. They let me walk out with wet nails. Spoke so softly that I couldn’t hear them and then got frustrated that I kept asking them to repeat themselves. My nails aren’t the same length. I’ve had to go to a different nail salon to take them off completely, they were that bad.

My daughter and I walked in for a pedicure and was directed to a pedi chair that already had cold water (not nice & warm) in the foot bowl. It was questionable if it was fresh or already used by a previous customer. The lady was nice but she didn’t file my nails, didn’t remove the dead skin from the bottom, rubbed hot rocks up and down my shins which felt awful and did a terrible paint job which I’ll need to remove and redo myself. My expectations of these sorts of places are never very high, but when they tried to charge me $72 for the experience, I questioned what a pedicure actually involved. Why were the nails not filed, shaped, buffed or soles scrubbed?? I said I would pay $50 as it wasn’t a pedicure and they accused me of stealing. Would never go there again!!!

Worst nail salon I’ve been to. My sister in law and I came here and asked for a pedicure and shellac as well as SNS tips. They were so rushed. For the pedicure, she basically just dunked our feet in some hot water then did the shellac polish. That’s not a pedicure. We may as well have just paid for the polish on it’s own. Then the owner/manager took us over to do our hands. I asked for a plain SNS base with lines (like a French manicure without filling the whole top in) and my sister in law asked for just a simple dot on hers and he said he couldn’t do it because he didn’t have small brushes.. I’ve never heard of any salon not having simple nail brushes.So basically we left with something completely different to what we asked for and the work was pretty bad. The polish was all over the place and really messy. They also overcharged us. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible acrylic nails I got. Look completely rushed - not even right shape: I’ve had my nails done many times and noticed she skipped important steps. & then proceeded to charge me $75 !!!!!

Terrible service, terrible nail salon. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review but this nail salon is one of the worst I’ve been to and I felt it necessary to warn others. They’ll tell you your wait is 15 minutes and you’ll end up waiting 40, they’re extremely rude and get very frustrated if you try and ask questions. None of the massage chairs work and the quality of work for the price is just not justifiable. AVOID

Absolutely shocking, he had no idea of shape or painting!! I put sns all over my fingers and he said it was there from my last polish a month ago!!! Like are you stupid! As if!!!The sns is wonklyShocking shocking $60Never agsinDon’t go!!Do not go there

Honestly the worst nail salon I have ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would. Polish chipped off in a day. Went back to ask them to fix it and they told me they were to busy. Also went first thing the next morning to an empty salon at opening and was told that they didn’t have time. Don’t waste your money at this terrible place

I was very disappointed not only did i get charged $51 for a pedicure with shellac the lady that was doing it was not paying attention always looking at the tv. Water was cool no bubbles and seriously she was hopeless she put no effort in, she had hardly touched my feet and then was painting them.
