Couple nice guys arrived on time, seemed very professional, spent ages trying to find the leak. Just slightly annoyed they never put hoses back, or closed the gate and they used neighbours hose and left it in our drain

Exceptionally great business to deal with. Communication is 10 out of 10. Service and workmanship 10 out of 10. This would be the best business that I've had to deal with in my 73 years. Were on time, took the care to clean up after themselves, found the issue and were able to fix it on the spot. Have been used before for previous work. Never had any issues

Work was completed and fixed in a very professional manner with followup phone call to inform of the work completed. I would recommend Convienient Plumbing to anyone needing good quality repairs/work.

They did less than 20 minutes work which included using a plunger, poring acid down the pipe and turning a tap on then charged me a little over $340 for it.I can't comprehend how this cost so much money for so little work, I was presented with a receipt that wasn't itemised and there was no explanation.Edit: I forgot to mention that he spent 5 seconds tightening a bolt under the sink.As for the apprentice I didn't ask for one or need one or was told that I would have to pay for one, I shouldn't have to pay for training your staff.The time onsite was spent investigating the roof for a quote I requested, the staff need to get onto the roof to find out what is required for organising a quote, I shouldn't pay for this either. I have never charged a customer for a quote in my life, it is covered in the cost when the job is done. And was not told I had to pay for it as no other company I've used has ever charged me either.I was only given an itemised quote after I filled out the feed back from and the initial receipt I received just said custom amount and wasn't given any information about it.

Came to my rental charge me an arm and a leg In the first instance$293, then put in another quote to repair water recirculation just under $500 capped off pipes .when I went to have a look myself I fix the whole job with $30They won’t be returning to my rental again
