It is nice and popular. Good place for walking the dog, flying a kite. There is a new renovated playground for little kids, but the previous version is more fun. It is easy to find car park here.

Mordialloc beach is so clean and well maintained. Love sunsets at this beach. So relaxing to just walk across.

Well, what can you say? It’s a beach. There’s sand. And water. And it’s clean. And neat. There’s a pier and a boat-filled inlet. Benches and tables. Shops nearby. Nicer than many Peninsula beaches, if you ask me. But, for me, it’s a bit windy and…what’s the word? Boring! Not sure why. It’s all a bit flat and featureless. But, I’m being picky. It’s great for families. And swooning, spooning teens. Or volley-ballers reprising Top Gun. In summary, if you want a bit more trees, or some rock-face, go further up or down the bay. If you want wide, clean sand – Mordialloc is for you. If you wait for sunset, it’s a bonus!

Mordialloc Beach is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike, located in Melbourne, Australia. It offers a long stretch of sand, a lively foreshore, and several cafes and restaurants. The water is relatively calm, making it suitable for swimming, paddleboarding, and other water activities. The nearby Mordialloc Pier provides a great spot for fishing or simply taking in the views.

Great beach with nice people. It wasn’t crowded on a hot day either.

Superbly clean and beautiful bayside beach. My favourite one in Melbourne. The Bayside trail runs parallel to a shared cycling trail along Beach Road or you can walk along the beach on the sand stretching from Mordialloc to Parkdale on clean soft sand.Easily accessible via train (Mordialloc Station) or parking is available at a premium via Easypark.Toilets, outdoor showers and bins are dotted along the foreshore. There are also two beach volleyball courts down in front of the Mordialloc Lifesaving Club. ⛱️

Always a nice place to exercise. There's a footpath parallel to the beach for walking and jogging. Dogs allowed. Also public BBQs and toilets. Parking isn't free. Not cheap. Park on the side streets instead. There are two volleyball nets available for public use. The water is clean most of the time. Evening sunsets are always a highlight here. Plenty of sand to rest and to bring beach equipment. The beach and foreshore is walking distance to the main part of Mordialloc with Cafes, Woolworths, fish and chips, pubs, and more.
