Fantastic facilities and awesome service, happy to recommend the team at Storage King. The additional trailer hire was really easy and helpful, being free the first time is an awesome perk, too.

Ok. Convenient expensive friendly staffThe land and infrastructure plus staff and covering cost is grossly overvalued.Insurance is extra so once again overpriced as an expense passed back on to customers. Preys on humanity at its most vulnerable. Normally at a point in their life that they require this service. Anyone with long term plan would seek other options. Faceless capitalist company. I hope for the existence of our species capitalism and human morals can one day co exist.It has Sercurity which is cctv. But not monitored. Unless it’s too late. Then comes back to the insurance that’s been passed back to customers. That’s the business of life these daysSo in conclusion and thanks for using my personal phone number provided to you with any other reason but for marketing. I text msg in request for my google opinion of your company.I give you 3 starsFriendly staff, Sercurity, convenient.

BEWARE, this business is not abiding by Victorian Consumer Affairs/Business practices. If you have a problem with a product the staff DONT want to know about it. We spent 15 minutes debating consumer rights

Terrible customer relations. I phoned with a complaint and was polite, and the manager hung up on me as I was explaining the problem.I followed this complaint up with Head Office in Sydney who were very apologetic and said they would get the manager at Wodonga to call me back.After a further two phone calls by me I finally got onto the manager again who apologised and promised the refund the following day....almost two weeks later and several more phonecalls made by me, she is never available and the money is still not refunded.This is really unprofessional and I am disgusted with their attitude!!!!!

Without doubt she exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond to ensure all our enquiries were met and explained in great detail the ins and outs of prices, policies and procedures. A true asset to the company.
