Zap Fitness 24/7 Carlton

I recently joined this 24/7 gym and have been extremely impressed with the level of maintenance and cleanliness of the equipment and facilities. Not only is it affordable, but the convenient city location makes it easy for me to fit in a workout before or after work. Highly recommend!

I have been a gym member since 2018. I never had any complaints about the gym. They added bench/squat rack and other equipment over the years because there has been an increase in the population of members. I suggest coming to the gym 6-10 AM to 4 pm as the gym gets really crowded from 4 to 11 pm and you will have to wait to use the racks especially. Otherwise, the gym has all the equipment you need (unless you are a professional bodybuilder). My only wish for the gym is to expand the space, add another squat/pull up rack? Otherwise, no complaints from me. The staff are lovely and will accommodate your requests.

Absolutely brilliant experience so far. According to the employees the busiest period is 4-8pm and I usually visit from 5:45-7:45pm and it's never too overcrowded. A treadmill is always available and most machines are available in twos so you can almost always find one available.

not a bad zap, definitely an ‘older style’ location. a bit hard to navigate at first as everything is the same shade of grey and the cable machines are front and centre, making it hard to see other equipment/facilities.toilets left something to be desired, there’s 1 male toilet (urinal only), 1 unisex, 1 female, and a unisex shower (plus a combined accessible toilet and shower). there’s very little room to move when getting changed or leaving the shower. otherwise, clean and in fairly good nick.

Price of membership (currently $12.50/week) is a good value for the services provided. Most of the essential equipment is accessible at this location. When it gets busy during peak hours it can be difficult to work on the excercises without having to wait. The gym is clean, inviting and has plenty of natural light. The staff are kind and helpful. Improvements suggestions would be to have another squat rack and warmer lighting. Bathrooms should be better ventilated.

Hi me and my partner cancelled our memberships almost 3 months ago. Because you guys NEVER pick up the phone so we decided to go to the gym! We have discussed the reasons why we are planning to cancel. Because of the contract, you guys said we gotta give you 4 weeks notice so we paid for 4 weeks membership direct debit and we are still getting emails of saying we are overdue. Guys please work! Cancel it ASAP.We have visited to the gym to talk to you and one of the staff said yes.
