We have recently bought a house which needed significant renovation done. This essentially replaced the old laundry with a new European laundry in the garage and sweeping changes to the kitchen to incorporate the extended space in a feature construction. We also needed extensive painting to complete the works. Considering this was during the Covid-19 restrictions we expected problems. We approached several recommended companies but quickly realised that support and service from SB+ was significantly better than the others.The chance to get most of the work done while still under Covid-19 before we moved in meant that we had minimal problems overall.I have been highly impressed by the quality of design and the professionalism of the whole team in getting the work done. They responded promptly to all our requests and provided a schedule of works which was adhered to 100%.I have no hesitation in recommending SM+ to take on challenging home renovation projects and to complete on time and in budget with friendly helpful staff.What more could one hope to get. Great Team & Wonderful ResultWe are so pleased we chose Smarter Bathrooms for our Kitchen & Bathroom/Laundry renovation. Right from our first meeting we knew we were in great hands.Our fabulous team of TinTin our Designer and Vrushali our Detailer helped us step by step through the design process, choosing tiles, cabinetry, colours and accessories with meticulous detail and Brett our wonderful Project Manager supervised the works like it was his own home.We were so impressed at how the team looked after our home with dust covers, floor protection and the extremely high safety standards for their tradespeople. They even protected our neighbour's homes from dust and debris which they appreciated very much.We love the finished result and the superb quality of the work. we highly recommend to others.

Smarter Bathrooms / Kitchens was a delight to deal with, from start to finish. Owner Alex has somehow managed to hire the most experienced and polite tradies in Australia. Designer Alan was with us throughout the project to help plan our reno, make major styling choices and even assist with small decisions unrelated to the project, such as furniture colour.Highlights for us:* We were extremely concerned about toxicity of floor coatings, paints and adhesives, which can particularly impact the health of infants. We were given product specifications with low/zero-VOC ratings, access to subcontractors for advice, and the final choice of products used. Asbestos removal was scary for us but our expectations, and the result, were extremely well-managed.* Alex asked his renderer to completely re-render the kitchen to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.* The time spent with designer Alan at the start of the project was SO valuable. Alan presented ideas for maximizing space, and Alex's Engineering team followed through by checking that structural work could proceed without requiring ugly pillars or costly plans or permits. I am going to start the review with this... Make sure you reach out to Smarter Bathrooms+ when you are looking to redesign/freshen up your home (no matter how big or small the job is.. make sure you call them). We redesigned our kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry/butler pantry with Smarter Bathrooms+, a 12 week renovation. Our overall experience was fantastic. Having a Project Manger was key for my husband and I due to our work commitments and moving interstate during the renovations. We definitely got exactly what we were after :) Mirnes (our Project Manager) kept us up to date, on track and involved where we needed to be to make decisions. Mirnes made the process seamless for us. Everyone at Smarter Bathroom+ was happy to help and work with us to ensure we were 110% happy. Our home looks amazing inside and will do for a very very very long time thanks to Smarter Bathrooms+.

We are glad we decided to go with Smarter Bathrooms. We are so impressed the project finished on time, big thanks to our project Supervisor Michael. We didnt need to be there during the project, Michael arranged everything with our building manager. He responds outside office hours, goes above and beyond to deal with our odd requests, and comes in the weekend to make sure we are 100% happy. Nothing is too much trouble. I specifically looked for Vanessa Cook to do our bathroom, given the amazing work she had done for us in the past and I found her at SmarterBathrooms+, Along with Nick, Aymen and the SmarterBathrooms+ team, we now have an incredibly beautiful bathroom that exceeded all of our expectations. Not only that, you couldn't wish for a friendlier, more communicative and professional bunch of people.
