F45 Training Forrestfield

F45 forrestfield is absolutely fantastic! The team brings such a positive vibe to training, they’re constantly motivating and helpful. The class times suit everyone and the crèche allows for me to drop my kids off knowing they’ll be well looked after, while i look after my health and fitness, without a child glued to my side. I’ve been to many gyms over the years and i’m so glad i gave F45 a shot, and super stoked i found the forrestfield club! Would recommend to everyone and anyone!

I’ve been attended F45 since September 2022… have ramped up training early 2023 and have really been enjoying the mix of classes, the flexible times and the crèche for the kids.. the coaches are amazing and know when you need that extra push!!

I’ve been going to F45 Forrestfield now for 18 months and I couldn’t recommend it more! The coaches are all very friendly but also very helpful with any questions you have. Love the Forrie F45 crew! Have been at a few different F45s and this has the best vibe by far. Trainers are great - I'm a leave me alone type of gymmer and they completely respect that but are always friendly and ready to help if I need my form checked or bump my weights up.If you're at the beginning if your fitness journey they will look after you and if you're a seasoned athlete they will challenge you!Highly recommend!!

Recently tried a trial yesterday and it was intense! but great, really had a good sweat and it helps a lot with Cardiovascular endurance! Ben was also super helpful and sorted me out really quickly, getting me into trial and such! the coaches are also helpful, they check up on you during the class and ensure you're doing the exercises correctly!

I have been to a few f45 studios in my time and F45 Forrestfield is by far the best I have attended. The trainers are amazing, the members are great, it really is a community and everyone is very supportive of eachother and that's what keeps me coming back, its just a bonus that I'm the fittest Ive been ever! Ben and the team are always there to motivate and push you with a smile, whether it's your first class or 1000th class, you will walk out of there feeling like you have conquered the world every time. F45 Forrie are always thinking of new ways to best support their members from providing creche, class times, stretch classes and community events. Highly recommended F45 Forrestfield!
