Just had a lovely lunch with my folks here. Very much appreciated the lovely service from young Lara. Was great to see such a happy and proactive worker. Thanks to her for making our lunch even more enjoyable with her happy disposition and caring nature.

Today I ordered big breakfast, was delicious, as is everything else I've tried on the breakfast menu. Always excited to have breakfast at the Coffee Club at Capalaba Central. Sorry already drunk half my choc thick shake by the time I got my meal, was too good ! Highly recommend

Attended the cafe with an elderly person and observed the majority (90%) of their customers were elderly. The person on the till was rolling cutlery when attempting to take orders from customers. This resulted in a number of customers needing to ask for the person to repeat the question as they could not hear them. When we asked about ingredients due to anaphylaxis it was perceived that we were causing an issue for them and I offered to read the ingredients if it helped (asking about ingredients and offering to read for them were both met with sighs). Food was served without cutlery and glass cups of hot liquid provided without sleeves or napkins so the customer can drink it.Not an overly unpleasant brunch experience. Music was turned down on this visit which helped.

This is my local Coffee Club Cafe. I'm there most weeks at least once. They could be a bit nicer if they weren't getting your order wrong in the first place. Other than that, the food is good.

Ordered 2 drinks, carrot cake and bacon and egg flatbread. Drinks came out without too much of a wait time as with the carrot cake. But the flat bread has taken about 40mins so far and still waiting, very slow and uninterested service the girls working here are just talking and laughing amongst themselves without seeming to worry about the customers or the speed of the service, disappointing because I generally like coffee club.

The benches were so dirty they actually stank. The coffee was so hot we couldn't drink it for a solid 10 minutes and it tasted like water. The chips were unnaturally yellow. Haven't felt like I'd wasted money like this for quite a while. 0/10 will probably never go back. Macca's is a far better option.

Usually we go to Redland Bay Coffee club and the staff there are amazing! Today I'm in Capalaba for work so decided to order breakfast on click and collect from Capalaba Coffee Club. I ordered a double chocolate frape and one of the options was cream.. it said to tick the box to add cream for no extra cost (I can't have cream so left this section blank and didn't tick the box). When I arrived in Coffee Club click and collect counter noone acknowledged that I was there, it wasn't busy either, there was about 4 staff around the counter but noone came to see if I was aright. Once my food was ready the girl brung it over didn't say Hi, my drink had cream so I said I didn't order cream which she said it automatically comes with it even tho I explained I didn't tick the box for cream so instead of making me a new drink she scrapes the cream off (a new drink should of been made not the cream just scooped out), walks back and puts it on the counter I then asked if it's ok to please grab a bag for my food as were walking back to work she grabs a bag plonks it on the bench and walks away without saying a word and didn't even place my food into the bag... I won't be back to this shop again, it isn't hard to be friendly to customers I work in customer service and was shocked at how I was treated. I did say before I Ieft some friendlyness in the morning would be nice.

Limited time offers! I saw the duck range on the Coffee Club app and popped in to get it.I got the Hosin duck flat grill with sweet potato chips. The chip was fried to perfection, crunchy and delicious. The duck flat grill was superb, packed with favours. The chef balanced it out with a generous amount of sauteed/wilted spinach, and fresh cucumber. And then there was a side of salad. Thank you chef for looking after my health.Coffee was great as usual

Coffee was great , I think the blend they use is better these days.Fast and polite servicePlenty of seats available.Best thing is by getting a coffee card you get 2 coffees for 1 price and 10% off meas etc.
