Frank was very punctual and friendly when he came to sort out problems with our TV and Fetch box. He quickly diagnosed our 30yr antenna cable was loose and replaced both the cable and socket. He scanned and reset channels so we can now get all free to air channels.He also advised us the fetch box seemed to be faulty and it was unusually hot. (We advised Optus and they will replace it)It was a bit awkward for him as road works prevented him from parking near our place and he had to walk a couple of times back to his vehicle parked a little distance away.

I have not used the total av app for nearly 1 year 127 dollars was taken out of my account to try an organize Rto cancel and get refund is impossible .My advice don't go near total av totally dishonest and hide behind their live cat call centre

Very coy and dishonest marketing. You start with a $20p/a subscription. By default it increases to $29 the next year, $49 in the third, then to $149 in subsequent years.If you try to log into your account and cancel it, you will be taking through a painstaking 30-minute chat with a bot, which will throw any possible argument from discounting your subscription to $19.95 (why not leave it that way in the first place?) to adding extra features to your package. After you insist you've had enough of these games, you get told that your account is cancelled, no further charges will apply, but - oh, last one thing - you need to wait for 30 minutes for an email with a link which you need to click to cancel it. While the e-mail is on its way, your card is charged - you guessed it - $149! An e-mail with a link then arrives but it takes you to the new purchasing landing page, because your account is no inactive, but you can buy a new package for - you guessed it - $19.95!A dishonest and unconscionable conduct is what this is called in legal terms.I am yet to hear of any reaction from McAfee (AV parent company).Beware.

Frank was great and did a really professinal job wall mounting a 65 Samsung TV flush onto the wall in what turned out to be a fairly complex task given the location (or lack of) suitable anchoring points. I would have no hesitation in using his services again."

We engaged ITAV to upgrade our Primary School PA system and install a Projector and Speaker system in our assembly room. Frank Galgano has helped me greatly over the last 7 yrs with hi tech tv issues and more recently an NBN crisis when my former provider Telstra declined to do so.Frank is extremely responsive, highly skilled and very patient.These repeated lockdowns are hurting small traders like Frank so I urge anyone in greater Melbourne who needs an honest competent AV TV & Broadband technician to give him a call.

I have used the services of TAVi for over 13 years and have always been completely satisfied. Frank has a variety of talents in the world of computers and electronics and he is an amazing troubleshooter. Frank recently did a complete reset of my computer in order to on-sell and he installed a Ring doorbell, downloaded and tested the App and had everything working in no time. Frank was also able to answer questions I had about Outlook and other issues I had with my computer and TV programs. He is efficient and straightforward and just gets the problem solved without fuss. I would highly recommend his services in anything electronic/technical/computer related, and his charges are reasonable.

I moved home recently and had ITAV come out and help with connecting my NBN and dealing with Telstra and could not recommend Frank highly enough. He quickly got onto tech support at Telstra within minutes, when I've always waited for hours to speak to someone. Knew what language they spoke and got my internet connected in no time. He also added a mesh WiFi unit that got our internet everywhere. Very reasonable Pricing for such a knowledgeable technician.

We had Frank to install our Apple TV and CD player. We were more than pleased with all that he did, he wasn’t rushed and took us through all the steps and also fixed a cable that had been installed outside the wall. Would highly recommend his services. Lea
