The Souvlaki Grill and Chill
A huge menu to choose from and caters for meat eaters and non-meat eaters. It is a family run business so everyone is personally invested in it. The service is super friendly. The food is delicious and nutritious and is also prepared with care and not slapped together like most takeaway places. It is truly just like a home cooked meal. It really is worth the drive from Palmerston to Nightcliff to get the best take-away in Darwin!

We have tried souvlaki’s in a few places in Darwin and all were revolting. This place is great! Very affordable, great tastes, fast service, great menu. We loved it and would highly recommend.

though the food here taste great and fresh the price just doesn't justify it sorry. a much loved go to place weekly is sadly now somewhere we'll only be going to on occasions. the meals are already pretty expensive as is but it now seems to have gone up with surcharges for mixed meat and childrens meal going up significantly! the kids meal is what drew us here to begin with because our little ones enjoyed it and it was worth the price ‐ not anymore. also ordered the open packs for the first time and for some reason had absolutely no sauce in it. i dont know if thats something extra with more surcharges but you'd think if thats whats advertised then thats what it would natually come with. at this point im better off going to a local kebab place that inculdes everything, no surprises.

I've been coming here for years, the food is always excellent and tastes flavourful. This would have to be my favourite go-to place for a yiros because I trust that everytime I order something from here it always tasted great. The only issue I have is sometimes when you ask for certain things they might forget, for example my partner ordered a yiros without onion and I ordered my chips with gravy, and they forgot to do those things. But because we ordered take-out it was too late before we noticed. Perhaps they were just really busy.In the photo, I ordered an open pack yiros and it tasted absolutely wonderful. The chips were cooked really well, and usually chips always taste bland, but these tasted really crispy and delicious. The Greek salad was refreshing and tasted perfect. I wish there was more feta. I will definitely order this again!I highly recommend coming here if youre craving a good quality yiros, the meat is so tender. The pita bread is the best part of the yiros, its not flakey or crusty, its soft and pillowy.
