Little Real Estate Carlton

The worst real estate experience I have ever gone through.I moved out and ended my lease 3 months ago, but I still receive SMS messages from them each month asking me to pay rent.They also lied about bond transfer. They took the paperwork for bond transfer and said they would lodge it with the RTBA, but never did.Yikes.

I was a tenant of one of the properties leased by this company. I like rate this agency 0 star if i can. Their service is disgusting. As a tenant, I have been very cooperative, pay my rent regularly when living in the property. At the time when i move out of the property, claiming my bond back, this agency did not respond to a single email that i sent them. I rang everyday, the receptionist (not sure where their call centre is located) kept telling me they will get back to me. After 3 weeks consistently reaching out to them, i got 0 response from this agency. Luckily, i could reach out to RTBA and got my bond back. Now I am a home owner and a property investor, if i was going to lease out my property, will definitely not letting this people touch my properties. I am disgusted by their service.****** in response to Little RE response ********I like to tell you that there is absolutely no assistance that you can offer. IT IS TOO LATE! Throughout the 3 weeks when i was reaching out to you, you gave 0 response. You have more than enough time to rectify things at that time. Sorry to say that you are SLOW, your service is HORRIBLE, i don’t see how you follow your code of conduct as an agent and you have NO INTEGRITY.

Fantastic real estate agency - We rented with Little Real Estate Carlton for nearly about 10 years.During our stay in our rented property all the staff that we dealt with Sam Kakar, Katie Dreger, Dannielle Cleak, Monique Buccheri, Nikki Trinidad, Juliet Hunter, Sam Scuderi, Dannielle Cook, Lulu Wang (sorry if we have missed any name) were incredibly supportive, professional and approachable. They always responded to every request instantly.Thank you Little real estate.

Been with Little for over 10 years and had five agents manage my property in that time. Only one agent was below par, she moved on quickly and my current Agent on two occasions of re leasing has been excellent. I have been impressed with Sam K at the speed he returns my email questions, either on the day or first thing the next day. So far I have had good experiences with Sam and Little.
