A family run business who pride themselves in looking after their clients. Professional, experienced, reliable, great communication. High Integrity. I drove my car home looking like a brand new car. Masis take great pride in their work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend MASIS they always exceed my expectation with their attention to detail.

I was recommend to the team at Masis Bodyworks in Crows Nest one my yute was involved in accident late last year. I cannot thanks the guys there enough for their professionalism, constant communication throughout the process and quality of outcome.From start to finish they made it easy for me, helping to coordinate with the hire car company, finding a convenient time for drop off/pick & went above and beyond on returning the yute back as though it just came out of the show room again.Will definitely use again (if needed) and highly recommend to family and friends from now on. *the benefits of having a choice of repairer ;)

Absolutely unbelievable is 2 words that I would use to describe my experience at Masis Body Works, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their craft and are extremely polite when dealing with customers. They went out of their way to help myself when I got into an u fortunate situation with my automobile and fixed it up to make it look better than when I first bought it. Their service is spectacular, their knowledge and detail when working on automobiles is like nothing I’ve ever seen (especially around Sydney) and they are by far the easiest auto body shop to communicate and work with when fixing your car around Sydney. Please don’t pass up the opportunity to let these guys help you if you get into an unfortunate situation they will without a doubt not let you down.

Raffi and the team are bloody brilliant. You will not find a better bloke and subsequent team than those that work at Masis. Went in for an insurance repair job. The rear bumper had been totalled and riddled with dents. The team helped me in more ways than one. They sourced the new bumper with ease. On the day I needed to drop off the car for repair, they kindly dropped me back home. 15km away. They repaired the car in two days vs. the projected four and even dropped the car back to me. And what makes me even happier is their ability to speak with customers. Expectations were not only met but consistently exceeded throughout the whole process. I knew exactly what was happening and when. Friendly, professional, and cannot be beaten. There is a reason why they have 5/5 on Google reviews.

Attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. All my cars only get repaired at Masis and I could not recommend them any more, wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.My most recent repair came back looking as good as new. Great work boys!

An incredible team with a great group of guys. Managed to work some magic on my front bumper which was next to impossible to fix. They even cleaned and vacuumed my car free of charge without me asking. A very hardworking and honest group of mechanics, will be taking my car there for years to come.

I cannot thank Raffi and his team enough. I would drive a long, long way to have Rafi and his team at Masis Bodyworks, do any repairs I needed on my car. The service at Masis was nothing short of brilliant .. my car was picked up from my home and delivered back, I was kept up to date by text about the progress of work and when the car did come back it was like a brand new car .. all dents gone, new door, the most fantastic detailing inside and out, and a gleaming wax polish. Rafi had also gone the extra mile and had the wheels aligned and the car electronically scanned to ensure everything was working perfectly, as well as sourcing a new tow cap which I'd lost. AND they delivered the car back 2 days early!! If only everyone provided the professional and generous service that Masis Bodyworks do! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
