Dr David Howard

Due to chronic health issues I saw David after numerous consultations with other holistic dentists and a periodontic specialist.The consultation was excellent. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and possessed a wealth of knowledge and understanding regarding the relationship of underlying health issues and dentistry.A clear plan was formulated, the procedures were performed with great skill, and thorough detoxification support provided. His staff are also wonderful especially with any queries regarding healing and recovery.My health has definitely improved with David's guidance. His care, expertise and outstanding knowledge in the field of holistic dentistry enable him to be the best dentist I have ever consulted!

I was recommended David Howard from a friend who swears that David saved his quality of life. This friend had jaw issues which were effecting the nervous system and David rectified the issues.Went for my first visit/clean and David spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions. He Didn’t rush me whatsoever… I have since gone for a few fillings which are so far doing really well. I travel about an hour to see him and I’m happy to do so because he was so highly recommended and I feel like I am in safe hands. The dental nurses are lovely also.Also just wanted to add …The couple of bad reviews seem off and the people who have left them have left mostly bad reviews on other business?

I had a root canal removed and I was so surprised by how easy it was. It took Dr Howard no more than 15 to complete the procedure and thankfully I didn’t even need a Panadol once the numbing wore off. I was very impressed with the home care plan they gave me afterwards. The receptionist and dental assistants are extremely nice, professional and we’re patient enough to answer any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and I wont go anywhere else now.

On 8/7/21 I was scheduled for full Arch dental implant at low jaw, Dr Howard who injected 10 needle in to my gum, I was ask to wait outside at the reception area as the surgery room being set up for equipments , after waiting 15-20 mins with gum very numb I was sent home without any treatment, as Dr found out the drilling machine was broken.why didn't Dr Howward checked the equipment in good order before he gave me those strong injections ?Why he did not have a back up plan before he gave me those injections.I was having complications after the injections still having problem.I called the surgery on Tuesday because he only work Tues,Wed,Thu to report my concern and ask the dental assistant wether Dr Howard could see me check on my gum.Dr Howard never called me regarding this but sent me an email in the end of day and has advised that he no longer wishes to treat me.He did not refer me to any other dentist.My health and well being means nothing him .I feel like I don't have support from him in term of care and treatment.After all he is causing all my pain and suffering .He does aware that I am caring for my disable son 24/7.

I had a root canal removed by David which instantly fixed the tightness I had in my right arm and shoulder. I often found my fist clenched throughout the day but after the removal this no longer happened. Would highly recommend.

Because of a number of recommendations, I attended David Howard's clinic for my first appointment in 1999. Over the years I've had significant dentistry work undertaken, including removal of amalgams, bridge and crown work, fillings and bite correction. I cannot speak highly enough of David Howard and his staff. I say this as I've worked in the Human Services industry for 30 years and have never met such a professional, caring individual with such a consistent level of expertise. David has also maintained a stable team of staff who genuinely have a passion for their work. I've been so impressed with the results over the years that I contacted the Dental Board of Australia to express my commendation. However, I was disappointed to discover that the only avenue for feedback was a complaint form. First off, the girls that work here are nothing short of amazing. I bombarded them with calls about the plate before and after I had it and they didn't get frustrated, they made me feel comfortable to call and reassuring at all times. I am a hypochondriac and they made me feel like I was normal lol. Amanda, Shawnee and all the others are so helpful and knowledgeable. David is an amazing dentist. He honestly cares about his patients and he's not just about the $$. I have worn the plate for tmj for 6 weeks and I'm out of fight or flight response for the first time I'm decade's. My anxiety was awful prior to starting with the plate and it's now so much better. I can breathe and enjoy life again. I can't wait to see what else the plate helps. If you are skeptical about a holistic dentist, don't be, David is more than a qualified dentist. He looks to solve the root health issues in your body. I couldn't recommend them more. Also, David is always on time with his patients and he is honest about everything even if he does not have the answer to something. After years of visiting various doctors, para-health and alternative practitioners, including one emergency doctor who misdiagnosed me with neuralgia, David was the first person to correctly identify that my facial pain, headaches and various musculoskeletal issues were due to a misaligned jaw. His treatment with a nighttime oral appliance has shifted my jaw significantly in only a few weeks and now my teeth sit together for the first time in years, my headaches are almost gone and I have witnessed my crooked pelvis moving back into place. I am sleeping better, I feel more energised and even my skin has improved!

As I have had several health issues, I was very pleased to find Dr David Howard. At my first consultation he was able to provide a plan to remove my two root canals, remaining amalgams and detoxification.I am only halfway through my treatment and thrilled that several of my serious symptoms have disappeared. I went in as one of the more sceptical patients which David quickly recognised so he set aside some time to chat to me to reassure me of everything.He told me he would make sure everything was ok. There was no pressure at allI can not tell you the difference to my health since coming here, teeth aside my health has done a 360 it’s incredible. I had an infected root canal removed and all the pain in my head neck back and body was gone over night. My bridge was placed straight away without a hitch as everything was carefully fitted to ensure the utmost comfort.My teeth look and feel incredible.I cannot Dr Howard and his staff enough. 100% recommend you will not be disappointed
