Best customer service I have ever come across in my life. While desperately seeking a cap needed within two days during this crazy time where it is near impossible as shops are all closed, this company went above and beyond to make sure I got my cap, and not just go it, it was in my hand within 16hrs! Cap-Z... you guys are the best! I am eternally grateful.

Ordered a cap with “In stock, ready to ship” on the item page. However, after ordering I got notified by Cap-Z that “In stock, ready to ship” actually should be read as “Pre-order, will ship sometimes later”.Their explanation was that in some page prior in the order flow it mentions Pre-order. However, as I arrived directly on the item page from the Google search result, I never saw that page. Guess I’m one of the few that uses Google to find what I’m looking for.On the plus side, they quickly cancelled and refunded.(Just checked. Googling “cap-z la rams superbowl cap” and clicking the top result takes you directly to the page with “In stock, ready to ship” message.)Buyer beware!

I went in right before close yesterday and the two gentlemen working were absolutely sensational.Knowledge was teams and stock was great. They were both super helpful trying to find things I may like and friendly the entire time even when they knew I wasn’t going to purchase anything.
