Overall had a good experience with Home Pressed Juices. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. Completed a 5-day lean and clean fast and ended up losing about 5 kg from the fast. Will be interesting to track whether after the fast the weight loss is maintained, but am looking at perhaps making this a monthly occurrence just to detox the body and getting into a bit of a fast routine. In my honest opinion, it was a little bit pricey at $355 for the 5 days, but with the cost of inflation increasing, I don't know if there are any comparable products at a similar quality. Another suggestion is perhaps a little bit more variety as the drinks were pretty much identical for the 5 days with a small variation between days 1,3,5 and 2,4. A greater amount of variety might assist with the repetitiveness of the taste of the drinks. Overall, a pretty happy customer and wouldn't be opposed to repeating an order in the future.

i've called up Home juice regarding an order that has not been delivered. Rob has said that he will only hold the order and will not be able to refund $401 to my account and will be used as a credit in the future. Makes no sense to have a company hold $401 in credit for the future. Just refund the money for now. If you had refunded the money i would have gladly bought it again in the future when i would be back in melbourne. No reminder that the subscribtion is upcoming as it is on a 3 month basis. Disgusting customer service and all he could say was, ï'm trying to help you..."But he was no help at all, so condescending.

Whilst the juices were really lovely, they arrived a week early which was not convenient. they were to be picked up by a courier that afternoon which meant that they would have been left outside (to give to another customer). if I was the other customer, I would not have been impressed. as such, I lost my confidence in this company.... a shame as the juice was of a high standard. Unfortunately not the best first experience.

Wow, where do I begin. This fellow Rob, is actually robbing of people (no pun intended?) of their money. I have originally signed up for a subscription. The shop/business missed out on three deliveries. I received a refund for the first missed delivery in about 10 business days - considering we are in Australia that is a fairly extended timeframe. But let's move forward. For the next two missed deliveries, after which I've cancelled my subscription, I have been sending emails and text messages to this individual for a month and a half, and he kept confirming that he processed the refunds - nothing in my bank account though. Then, he started weaving a story that he processed the refunds at the front end of the application, but something may have gone amiss.... then he said that he will contact the App developer to resolve this. Then he said he is waiting for his bank statements... and then he went quiet, not responding anymore, so now we are well within two months since he confirmed the refunds. I have already escalated the matter to the bank to dispute the transactions providing proof of our communication via email and text. Tonight I will also put a complaint through to the ACCC. This individual has to stop ripping off people. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews of his 'doings', the fact that he is delivering juices that are off and that when he fails to deliver, customers are not getting their refunds. Well, he stumbled upon the right person.... This business' integrity is questionable and the quality of the produce as well as the professionalism is completely missing. Can I give minus 100 stars? :-)

I've been so run down after 2 viruses and decided to do a 3 day cleanse to get me feeling more like myself again. Day 1 great, day 2 a little harder, day 3 great again. Wished I'd done 4 days. Already purchased for next week. I feel lighter and my skin looks clearer. And yes feel like me again. Great juices and great carry bag to take them to work. If your thinking about a cleanse do it. You won't regret it.

I’ve had a few juice programs from here before and always been happy. I ordered the 5 day cleanse. The 3 packages that came on Tuesday all smelt/tasted off and tasted watered down with coconut water or water. But the 2 packages that came the next day all tasted fresh. I’m not sure if they were different batches, or if there’s an issue with the delivery method. Being hot weather and no ice packs etc..I’m not sure if the truck had a cooler in it or if it was being driven around in the heat. I was home and got them when they arrived, so they weren’t sitting outside.

The most delicious juices! Highly recommend. Great value for money, and incredible health benefits! So excited to try all of them (and the nut mylks)! The customer service is also second to none, and the team are always willing to help!
