I recently rang your Information Centre to enquire about a problem I had collecting a purchase made in Hamilton. Without hesitation, Mary offered to collect the item and has paid the postal costs to send it to me. I was stunned and very, very grateful for her offer as I now have my purchase after she personally paid the postal costs to send it to me via Australia Post.I think she may have also been the lady I spoke to when we were staying in Hamilton earlier in 2017 and looking for local information. Her mannerism and general demeanour is a credit to her and I hope Hamilton appreciates this lady's work.She has been very tardy in giving me her details so that I can repay this cost to her. I am sure she is waiting for me to make another trip to Hamilton in our van to enjoy the surroundings and local businesses as we did last year. Thank you Mary!

Very helpful staff and lots of brochures on surrounding areas, as well as further afield. Many products for sale as well. Parking is a little hard to find, especially if you are towing a caravan. The toilets are inside, and they are very clean and quite spacious.
