Calvary Home Care - Head Office
Overpriced. Take around half of the government funding and in our case, their administration costs would be minimal - same care every week, one carer with changes being very rare. They just increased the kilometre cost for the carer's car by 30% to $1.30 per km, way above the ATO's rate of $0.68. Case Manager's fees also very high and they take almost 50% of the personal care services fees. The quality of care has been good, but we were already using this carer when we/she was transferred to Calvary from another company that discontinued this service. From a cost perspective, I do not recommend Calvary.

Criminal activity !Stealing funds from my age care packages unlawfully which is commonwealth money and denying age clients services !The Royal commission needs to know about the running of this unethical service provider!!

Shi***t reception/ Human resource service ever!I requested a letter from them and rang for over 10 times during the past 4 weeks and email 3-4 times and they can't even provide a simple ref letter.If they cannot provide a simple letter do you think they can provide the care your love one deserve!?!

Communication is very poor. Accounts department, incompetent. Also, a huge shortage of high care experienced staff. They apparently do not have the business sense to make it worthwhile for workers to do weekend or evening shifts either. Personal care support workers are great!

Bloody useless they can't clean or iron always watching the time caught one in time wanting to clean the kitchen bench with the same cloth that was used for the toilet they have no idea about colour coded cleaning what a useless bunch of fucktarts
