We made an order with this store 4 business days ago, and on the website it says next day dispatch on all orders that do not require printing.I have not received any details of the dispatch and have now emailed and called (left a message) and have not heard back. I received a tax invoice saying we have paid however nothing else. We chose this store due to the fast turn around on sending out the order. If they are not able to deliver on this it should not be advertised on their website.

Great range of bags and their overprinting for small runs is a great added service. Customer service and pricing is excellent.

Excellent service from start to finish. Placed order on Wednesday afternoon in Melbourne and received bags on Friday afternoon. Quality bags and our logo came out beautifully. Staff, Daryl and Chris very nice and very helpful.
