IL Centro Pizza House
Well I came to Bright for the weekend and was staying in a local hotel and I wanted fish and chips. I walked in and nearly fainted at the prices so I decided this is not what I want. So I walked down to the pizza shop and bought a large Pizza. Great decision it was one of the best Pizzas I have every had and the garlic bread was really good as well . Highly recommended

Pizzas were nice. The vegetarian pizza was very good. We did not like pizza with sweet potatoes on it. May be it’s just us. But overall the place is good and has friendly staff.

Gluten free pizza was very disappointing… not worth paying $4 extra dollars. (Total of $27 for a large pizza). The quality of the ingredients were pretty low. My friend bought a garlic bread and it was $8 which was also below average for something that’s usually half that price.

After 40 minutes, we reminded the waiter that we haven’t got our food. She literally went back and took our order to kitchen. 20 min later I’ve got my bowl of chips and a mediocre food with “no apology for wasting four people’s time (1hr). Unacceptable!!If you are looking for cheap food, maybe ok. But if you respect your time and stomach, stay away from here!!

We had 5 sit in for pizzas and garlic bread. $22 for a large puzza, $6 for garlic bread.All our pizzas came quickly and were well loaded and beautifully cooked.Would recommend eating here, very nice

We came to Bright for a weekend stay and we had Vegetarian pizza and Margherita pizza at IL Centro. Both the pizzas were well cooked and tasted really good.I am not sure which cheese they use, but it was really tasty. If I come back to Bright, I will surely be visiting IL Centro again.

We ordered the Mexicana Gourmet Pizza - tomato paste, chili, cheese, onion, salami, capsicum, capers, black olives (Large size $26), and Garlic bread on the side ($8).We had to wait for around 15 minutes, but you can tell that they made everything from scratch. This means that everything is fresh and piping hot by the time you get it.They don't have a dine-in option, so we took the food to the lodge, and thankfully it was still hot despite the cold weather.Good pizza, but there were a lot of black olives, and we had to take half of them out to enjoy the remaining toppings on the pizza. The garlic bread was yummy.Good deal for the price you pay.

Not fancy fine dine, it feels like a lounge room of a super hospitable auntie. The pizza tastes home made and they are so generous with the toppings - so watch out when you ask for extra anchovies and be careful what you wish for! There's also a very decent kid's menu. Definitely completes a cosy night in Bright.

Was the most expensie pizza I have bought. $91 for 2 large (gourmet) and 2 small (margarita and tropicana). Yes, they tasted good, but I think you can find similar and cheaper elsewhere, like the brewery.
