Drove all the way from Bankstown to be told they don’t have the stock. Was told different information over the phone and didn’t want to admit they made a mistake. Please avoid

Purchased a phone case for my son's phone and it turned out it was the wrong size but he had already open and damaged the packaging. Boom did a straight swap for the correct phone cover - no problem. Thank you!

Poor Quality and terrible customer serviceWent searching for a quality screen protector and iPhone case for my iPhone 12 mini. The screen that was applied was unsatisfactory, coming scratched. The application was also lacklustre, leaving air bubbles underneath the screen protector and specs of dirt. The case I received was warped and too overpriced for what it is. All this for the price of $80, I would not come again or buy again from them.All around bad quality and service was lacking.

I just bought an otterbox phone case from there a couple days ago, went back to get a refund because it's too big and planning to buy a smaller phone case but they won't allow it.Very disappointed, you just lost a loyal customer.

Waste of money ruined my phone and tgere was a gap in the screen and tge screen didnt even last a month. So disappointing

Dr Boom in Burwood is excellent! Every time I have been there they have been really helpful and friendly! I have been going to Dr Boom for several years now. Every time I go, they do everything they can to fix whatever I need to have fixed, whether it is an iPad fault, a broken screen, a screen protector, and they have even been able to fix some things that Apple told me were 'unfixable'...for which I am forever grateful! Overall a great experience. I highly recommend their services.

The operators of this store are completely dishonest and the service they deliver is absolutely fraudulent and illegal.They are looking to take advantage of people with elaborate methods in the knowledge that most people wouldn't bother taking them to consumer affairs over a few hundred dollars.From dodgy repairs to trying to being charged above the agreed price,the staff here became physically intimidating when questioned over the completely sub-standard work they had done.Refurbished and sub-standard parts are used, when promises are made for lifetime warranties. my fingerprint sensor didn't work because the parts they use are non- genuine rubbish, but to fix this, you need to pay to get the work done twice.I would have been better off keeping a cracked screen. The repair left my device in a worse state with a repair quality that is nothing like the original.I only wished I had read theses reviews prior to getting the work done.Be warned- any repair will be a disaster.Burwood Westfields is complicit in what this business is doing. By being aware of the number of complaints that are heard from disgruntled customers and continuing to permit their tenancy. The franchise should be seriously concerned over the damage that these operators are doing to their brand.

I needed my iPad battery replaced for my son. He quoted me $120 and overnight repair. I told him I needed it first thing the next morning, he said he will come first thing. Next morning he arrived half an hour late and charged me $140. He claims he quoted me $140. So just be careful and make sure you get him to write down his quote before he does any work.

I purchased a phone case and special gel screen protector that the gentleman suggested not even a week later my $50 screen protector is lifting and looks terrible. My case had split the quality was cheap and i could have gotten one from ebay for half the price. The guy with the shaved head had the worst people skills and obviously needs a lesson in customer service. Stay clear from this store if you value your device.

Bought a new phone case and screen protector for 13 pro few months back. Just found out that I was scammed by this plastic cover instead of a real glass protector. The transparent cover turned yellowish in a week. Got ripped off $139. This shop sells cheap stuff on high price. Be alert !!!
