Absolutely rubbish the worst retail experience Ive ever had. I will never enter a ghanda shop for any reason.

Clothing has a really quality feel and lovely texture, also really cute prints. Staff were very helpful :)

Great clothing, especially for kids... Durable, current trends, and doesn't break the bank.

My friends and I came from Newcastle for the weekend. The customer service on both days we went were poor. The girls were passive aggressive, and not friendly at all. We only went back the second time because the first time I bought a shirt that had stains on it so I needed to exchange it and she made a comment when she gave me the new shirt implying I made the stains in the first place.

I’m a second time shopper at Ghanda, but I will never again buy a garment in future. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour. I was smirked at, spoken to with rudeness and no ounce of respect, yet alone no willingness to help me as a customer or show loyalty to me as I’m a returning customer.I just don’t understand why I was dismissed and left to leave without having my refund or my dignity. I was not rude, nor did I disrespect or treat the assistant poorly.I have the original invoice & packaging & still I was turned away. As an Australian consumer I have a right & have met all requirements & according to your policy which is stated on your website.*I have a few other garments and items which I have purchased from Ghanda. I was very much proud to wear your clothing, now I want nothing to do with it.That is how shocking my experience was in this store. I hope you would choose carefully who represents your brand. I will not be giving Ghanda any of my future support.

Amazing customer service, have been multiple times and can say each time the staff have been wonderful! Great range of items that cater to people of all styles

Staff were very lovely and polite when I visited. I like having my own space when I shop unless I feel completely lost- then I’ll ask for help. When we were at the beach it became pretty nippy and I hadn’t packed jumpers for the kids. Ghanda ticked the style, comfort, originality, price and quality boxes that you hope for when shopping. I love the tie dye hooded jumpers so much! Colours are gorgeous and the kids love wearing them. I was so glad they carried a great selection of jumpers in summer- we couldn’t find anything that we liked anywhere else. There were a great range of sizes and styles too.

Staff were so helpful and full of smiles; great atmosphere!!!
