im going to start off by saying that this is maybe the worst experience ive ever had at a kmart ever.i was shopping during the christmas hours and i was shocked at the appearance of the store, the store could be comparable to a bomb site. i dont know if they hire people to clean the store or not but if they do then they either need to be retrained or fired all together. there are items that aren't in their place and its scavenger hunt just to locate the right item. and the placement of the cash-out has not been thought through at all, i cant cross the store without a swarm of other customers rushing to the registers. overall just a negative experience please fix.

Not necessarily a fault on the store but the products. I’m particular, the bikes. In the last 2 months I have purchased 2 bikes from Kmart for myself. Both have been returned. The first bike the quality was poor, gearing constantly slipping, brake pads needed to be replaced almost immediately and not to mention after less than a months use, flat tire. I paid $169 for that bike.Second bike I paid $200 for, thinking the quality would be better I gave it a shot. Out of the box it didn’t have the capacity to go into every gear. Was listed as a 7 speed however, could only do 6. When I went to return this one, they had to get the manufacturer to look at it and repair it. Even though there is a 60-Day ‘Change of mind’ policy. Yes, I changed my mind. It was terrible and I wanted my money back. Out of the box it was not fully functional. Because it was in a box, they advised the fault was mine because I set it up wrong. All the gearing was pre configured by the manufacturer. The manual even indicated ‘You do not have to worry about this part (gearing) because the manufacturer has already done it for you’.Absolutely ridiculous.

I've always experienced this store to be fairly well stocked and pretty tidy. In general the staff a quite helpful if you can't find something. Every time I enter I always seem to spend money.

I love crafting, and 90%of the stuff I need I get from this K-mart.I don't know why I can't find the same stuff in other K-marts, so I'm pretty happy to go straight to this one!

The only good thing about Australia. Kmart always has the thing I need to buy BUT sometimes the price on them are more expensive than online shopping in a real shop..

Staff are usually helpful and always good stock. You do have to be quick as this store is in a busy area and certain items sell out quickly. Always good deals and I LOVE their skin care products!! Their push for a larger and better variety has shown and it's fantastic! I highly recommend the charcoal face scrubs and the charcoal clay face mask! I always grab a handful of the bottles whenever I'm there!

My wife and I got these shelves from Kmart what a bargain $3 each you could not make them for $3 the only advice i can give is watch what you put on them, if you put heavy things on you will have to fix it so it does not swing to one side when you take something off, I joined the 2 shelves at the middle,I put 2 strips of wood across both too balance them out,I cut out the slots in the shelves so you can't see the bits of wood i added,The timber is soft and easy to cut out if you don't think you can do that then just glue and screw 2 flat strips too the bottom. My wife has canisters on the shelves they are heavy but when she takes 1off the shelves don't move hope this helps

Your shop is terrible. We shopped there today and there was water leaking from multiple areas in the roof, buckets laid out all over the place and even some spots of water on the floor. There was aisles which has piles of just random stuff along them, shoes just thrown on the floor, hazards, just an accident waiting to happen. The worst thing is the checkout. There is hardly any space to place your items, nowhere to put your trolley. Like its just so squishy, you feel like you're breathing down the neck of the person next to you. The clothing items available for women aswell were pretty shocking, no trackpants, cardigans.
