Popped in for a quote on a pool. Unsure of any aspects of purchasing one. Customer service was next to none, extremely helpful with the process involved. Have gone home with a few ideas of what we can do. Will definately be go back to get the job done.

Sarah and Lawrence from classic pools are a business that I have completed work for and known for over a year as a subcontractor. I have found them friendly, excellent communication and easy to deal with, which is half the battle these days!I feel very privileged to be a part of there concreting projects which equals happy customers and repeat business.

Do not buy a pool from this company. They delivered the wrong coloured pool, then told us we'd have to wait, left us to negotiate getting the hole dug, left us to getting the solar installed and never handed the pool over operating or with any explanation. They literally abandoned us to fend for ourselves once we'd paid on their onerous terms. Surprised they are still going nearly 8 months after leaving us 'high and dry'. 1 star because I can't give less, shame!

We have just had a pool installation completed and could not be happier. The whole team at Classic pools were punctual, efficient, courteous and professional. The pool is better than we expected. Thanks Sharon, Rick, David, John, Hamish and Ryan.

Worst company in history at this point of time Wade dont care for what you really want Trent has partly tried to help but not much they are just out to sell a pool as quick as they can send a rogue contractor to install the pool thats when/if he even rocks up to do the job DLT contractors (Daniel) is the worst most unprofession person ever other than installer they leave you to do everything else im trying to get a refund atm due to fact i purchased in January and i still havnt recieved all of what i paid for do yourself a favour and go to someone who will actually look after you i wish i had gone else where because now i just have a big hole in my back yard. Old review from install time.New review from 25/01/2020From day 1 we had nothing but problems from dealing with Trent and Wade and the dodgy build, up to now dealing with Sara and Josh and how they won't even replace the blanket and its under warranty they say its our fault. We don't even use chemicals we use a professional to clean our pool we follow care instructions for the blanket and this happens. We have had continued problems with the heater they supplied and everything in between. Our pool isn't small it's 4.5m x 10m we spent alot of money on all of it from purchase to build and all else involved this is just outrageous from a company who is ment to be so reputable. It is obvious the only result be either purchase another one or go via consumer affairs and go to court. Most disappointing thing I have ever done in my life was go through Classic Pools. Please look into other suppliers like ELITE as they are very good and compassionate which leads me to believe they would look after there customers.

Sarah and the Classic Pools team have been fantastic throughout the whole process of purchasing our new fibreglass pool. Always friendly and more than happy to assist with any and all questions. It was refreshing to find a salesperson willing to repeatedly touch base and keep us up to date with progress. Thanks

Do not buy a pool from this company. Awful, awful customer service. Apart from turning over their staff every other week, they promised delivery over 7 weeks ago. Still waiting after every excuse in the book used. Lodged incorrect plans with Council and still have not corrected their error some 8 weeks later. Almost at the point of having to take legal action.

We have been very impressed with Classic Pools (SA) Trent at Prospect was very helpful, we saw him at the Adelaide Show the first time, he impressed us so much but we could not afford the pool we wanted. When we were ready we went back to Trent at the Prospect store, we were still impressed with Trent and the service he could offer that we signed up there and then. We had our pool delivered, which was exactly as it was organised - easy, we had Jason do our installation, he was wonderful, very helpful and willing to talk us through what was going on and why things had to be done a certain way - absolutely brilliant. The only down side has been the solar heating installation, the person did not contact us to organise an installation date 3 months ago when we purchased the pool, when we contacted them when the pool was being installed they said they could not fit us in until 6 weeks later, but would call us in the new year to schedule a date, we have still not heard from them. This has not dampened the fun we have been having in our pool (albeit a bit colder than we would have liked!) everything we have had installed is wonderful, the light (installed where Trent recommended) is magical and lights the whole pool at night, the cake stairs are so easy for the whole family to use, the pool cleaner and filter is fantastic. We were promised a lot and we feel we have received it all (apart from the solar heating). We would recommend Classic Pools to anyone putting a pool in, and ask for Jason to install it!! Thanks Trent.
