Really enjoyed stopping here, this will be my new putty road break. Great if coming from the Hunter to Windsor or riding the putty from Sydney to Broke.Great service, you can get a tasty bbq roll food, cool drinks and have a chat with the owner.Great art around the site too. Benches to sit down on, with shade. Toilets as well.No loud music like they now seem to have all the time at grey gums. Enjoy the quiet sounds of the bush .

Never miss the opportunity to order Egg Bacon Roll from the humble old man. Such a nice fellow.$10 for a good brekkie and bit of smiles and laughs to add on. No jazz, just good old style rustic touch.Love this place, every singlr time.

Absolutely an awesome place to stop. Dave runs the place showing off his metal artwork and incredibly crazy unique horse bbq. Stop here for a sausage sandwich, bacon and egg roll of just an excellent espresso coffee.Warning, no eftpos!Dave made the picnic tables and the bucolic setting has some very lovely jacarandas to sit under. Watch out for his pet goannas!Not closed, as suggested by others. Open weekends. My favourite place to escape the city and to chat with Dave.Well looked after and an excellent place for a rest.No longer a petrol station, it's way better. It’s a piece of art, it’s history, it’s Dave!
