Great room. Clean and Compact with all the mod-cons. Enough room for a couple. Nice price. Convenient to the city centre but roadworks at the moment means finding back roads to get in...not the motels fault.

Great place to stop after a long drive. Our host was very friendly and helpful, room was large, bed was very comfortable, and the showers hot. Dog friendly which is a big plus.

Comfortable clean and amazing service. Erin and Nicole are fantastic and go above and beyond for you. Breakfast was delicious. Will be staying again.

Great management. Very accommodating to place us towing a small trailer. Small problem with jamming door to bathroom. Difficult access due to double lines when approaching in northerly direction. Best of 6 locations we stayed at.

Erin and Nicole are lovely hosts. A safe place to stay. Pet friendly and nice BBQ area. The beds are really comfy. A 3 min drive to the main shops. 1 block from the river.

Eron, ( the manager/ owner ) was a very friendly and accommodating host. Haven’t seen many nice people like him. He has excellent customer service and friendly managerial skills. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There were big parking slots on the site. It has a lovely front yard with a few tables and a BBQ grill. Very beautiful place to sit and relax after a long drive. We stayed with our little dog and he was also happy as there weren’t any smells around for him to go sniffling. This place is highly recommended.

Located on the main road into Ballina. Service checking in was pleasant and a small bottle of milk was provided. Room very small, queen bed with not much room to manoeuvre. Bathroom toilet was 1m wide and 3m long with a toilet one end shower the other with a basin in the middle. Consequently cramped. No food on site but 5 min walk to Chinese restaurant or 10 min walk into Ballina for others. Overall cheap and OK
