Nurse Claudia is extremely professional and easy to talk to about your goals and concerns. She makes the experience very comfortable, and the treatment always turns out exactly how I want! She also makes sure to follow up post treatment. Can’t recommend her and this clinic enough :)

I recently visited Medical Aesthetic in South Melbourne for wrinkle injections. The professional service that I received from Nurse “Zena” was outstanding. She explained how the anatomy of how the treatment worked and what else I could do to supplement my skin care regime. I’m extremely pleased with the results and will be returning in the future.All the staff are lovely and welcoming and the treatment rooms are fastidiously clean and light filled.The online booking system is convenient and easy to navigate.Highly recommended!

Previously I was seeing Nurse Zena, and now am seeing Nurse Claudia. Both have been just amazing in the level of care they provide. Special shout out to Nurse Claudia who is God-tier with a needle and can do injections with practically no discomfort at all. The premises are really clean and calming, nothing even remotely of concern. I’ve been a customer for 18 months and intend to continue the relationship well into the future.

I'm so happy with my experience at Medical Aesthetic! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with nothing but smiles and kindness. They have nailed their customer service. Nurse Claudia did an excellent job at my anti-wrinkle treatment, she got to know me well and I felt very comfortable in her care. They have such lovely touches such as skin care samples and water for their customers. Couldn't recommend this place more!

I have been a client here for 1.5 years now and this is my favourite place for some self care.I enjoy the service and love how everyone is dedicated and highly professional.Christina and Xena had been very very helpful and always listens to my concerns and then resolve them with such an ease.I started my laser hair removal for face and body and the results have been phenomenal, I was so scared to start this but my first consultation at this place gave me so much confidence and a clear path. I highly recommend and gets excited every time my friends asks me about my experiences.
