Recently we had issues with our newly established office Network which was completed by another company. Brown Dog IT was approached and within hours a plan of attack was made. Replacement parts were delivered next day. With simple coaching over the phone, we were able to swap out the parts and get everything back up and running. Brown Dog IT staff were than able to log in remotely and get everything back up and running in no time at all. Even checking in the next day to confirm all was well. Couldn’t speak more highly of Brown Dog IT. A+
