Michael was one of the best car sales men I could ever ask for, he was so nice and so polite and he knew what he was talking about. He was very intrigued about his cars and wanted to help us in finding a car. Very happy definitely coming back to see him ☺️

I have no option but to give Michael 5 stars, I went to eastern motors expecting him to be like all the other dealerships I have encounted which we all know what many are like. I purchased a car from here which he was pretty reasonable about. My car had a few issues in the first week was gut wrenched, seeing as though once a car has been sold dealers dont usually care after that. Michael was happy for me to bring the car back at which he organised to be fixed as soon as i could get there. Very happy with customer service restored what little hope i had left for these dealers

Initially had a bad interaction with Michael which was also partly my fault, sorry to Michael and the finance team for not letting you know sooner about my change in decision. Also, thank you for holding the car without a deposit, not many places do this.Within a day, Michael called back to discuss and apologise for how our interaction had gone down.Given what had transpired, this was highly appreciated.When the time comes for me to buy a car, Eastern Motors will be considered.

Horrific services by Michael, I would not recommend this dealership as a seller to anyone. Michael lacks the ability to communicate thoroughly with his customers and is just looking to make as some would say ‘a quick buck’. As a dealership it’s expected that not only quality goods are provided but also quality service. Eastern motors lacks both of these attributes!Would not recommend!

wow, the service here is low. pls do me a favour and get some a class customer service training. cant believe what i just heard in this phone call i just received. you are not the only car i enquired about and me telling you i was not interested and you replying why i enquired and wasted your time. attitudes like this, who is going to buy cars off you. disgusting. will only be nice to you if they make a sale.
