My son spent some time working through some issues with Sergio, and he felt that the time with Sergio was very valuable and helped him to manage during some anxious times at school. Being able to work through breathing exercises, coping strategies and thinking styles are things that have been retained and we still discuss today that have helped.Communication around appointments and the ability to have an appointment outside work and school hours was very convenient
