If you want to live the true realestate nightmare, this is the company to go with! Signed a contract subject to sale & finance on a property in Alexandra hills two days ago, and they go ahead and sold it under us even though one of our conditions - the big one ( subject to sale) was met. Speaking with other agencies, they all agreed that a new contract should've been sent out the moment our home was sold without the sunset clause. Got a call Tuesday telling us to go unconditional if we really want it OR terminate because they have another offer on the house & they are more favourable. There was no assistance to help us secure the house, just backed us against a corner forcing us to either a) make the worst, risky financial decision & go unconditional OR leave. Not to mention, we paid $500 for building & pest on the property on the day they sold it on us, which we are seeking legal advice for them to reimburse us as they only gave us 2 days before forcing us to exit. The house also had a 2.5 m crack through the brick work, & asbestos among other things on the building & pest report and this Luke chap tells us to go unconditional.. LOL. Please seek some training in how to deal with clients & their major life purchases in a professional, respectful manner. A total joke of a company with an even bigger clown as the boss" < and I say that very lightly. May the force be with you if you choose to deal with this person.Response to Luke 1/8/22No

Luke Humphrys has to be one of the slimiest, corniest real estate agents out there. Our family friends have told us a horror experience with this company. We live in the Bay Area, and we were shocked. Definitely will not be using this company or Luke & would advise anyone against going through this company to sell or purchase if you're in the Redlands area. Zero care factor for buyers, just another money-hungry agent who delivers nothing but heartache to anyone who crosses his path.

I contacted Bayside Properties over the festive period, requesting an URGENT appraisal as its was a Deceased Estate and it needed to be sold ASAP- (This was all relayed to them.)When the Estate agent arrived he did a quick 10 min walk about and advised us that he would email me the appraisal.... Interesting ! The email was forwarded that afternoon with an Indicative Price, BUT there was no CMA so how did he get these figures? I was left to read through all the jargon online about sales, statistics, reviews etc. etc. I called the agent back who then again forwarded the required info via email.( The CMA ) So , out of all the Agents I had called ,this was the ONLY Company who felt they didn't need to sit down and present the appraisal to us in person . Why would I afford paying this Agent exorbitant commission when they conduct themselves in this manner at the very start of a house sale . Very unprofessional .I would so not recommend them.

I approached Luke to sell our first family house. As this was the first time selling real estate we didn't know what to expect.
