Vitaland Kids Cafe Alexandria

I was very disappointed with my experience. There seemed to be a lack of management as the staff appeared disorganized and unprofessional. I noticed that many of the toys and clothing provided for the children were dirty and in a state of disrepair.

What an awesome place! Sooo many different things for the kids to explore. Suitable for a wide range of ages. Good parent interaction with the kids. Great prices. Very clean and tidy.

Great facilities. Very clean and well kept but it is far more expensive than a number of other indoor play centres I’ve visited. They neglected to mention it was an added cost to go on the two mini rides they offer so some parents seemed a little irritated it wasn’t added into the fee. Service wasn’t an issue but the staff did seem rather unhappy to be there. Food was surprisingly nice and great portion sizes.

The best kids cafe in Sydney. The facilities are new and food is nice. My son loves the merry go round and train ride.

Great experience when we joineda birthday party there. There are lots of toys and different play zones there. The function room is huge and bright. Food and drinks are amazing, especially the homemade milk tea and fruit tea there. We will go there again soon!

Was a fun experience at Vitaland Alexandria. So much to do for the kids (and adults!). Our favourites would be the train ride, magnet fishing area and pretend kitchen.I thought it was thoughtful that they put slippers at the bathroom. And kudos to the staff that worked so hard to keep tidying up the space. I saw how diligent they were in picking stuff up and putting them back to its place.

Every time we come here, my daughter just can’t wait to play and run directly to Vitaland! Always have lots of fun here, and also a perfect party place. Staffs are really nice, helpful and friendly, coffee is good, yummy pasta and crispy nuggets&chips. Ten out of ten, best place to free your hands and enjoy your kids!

I’ve visited Vitaland a few times and every single time we come away my child gets sick a day or two after. I put it down to lack of cleanliness, the whole place lacks cleanliness, the balls in the ball pit are sucked and chewed on and have marks on them(I doubt they’re ever cleaned).There was no staff picking up toys (In other cafes I’ve seen staff routinely cleaning toys and putting them back as kids finished playing). Play kitchen area was horrible and messy and nothing left to play with when we arrived. This has the potential to be a really good place to go but the lack of cleanliness is really off putting especially heading into cold and flu season there were so many sick kids, seems like if a kid is rejected from daycare that day parents can take them here, there’s no monitoring at all.Also prams need to be parked out the front of the cafe and cannot be visible to you to keep an eye on. Totally inconvenient and unsafe.

My kids love this place，all the play areas are safe and clean， staff were friendly and most importantly large space so not crowded!

We celebrated our daughter 6th birthday here today and everything from the set up, service, food and staff were outstanding. Misa and her team at Vitaland Alexandria are amazing. They made the whole birthday party process very easy, stress free and smooth. Thank you again for making the event special for our family. We really appreciate all the effort and work. Highly recommend this venue!
