Drycleaning R Us

Our dog ripped a hole in the back of my husband's favourite shirt and you'd never know its been sewn up. Couldn't believe it!!! He threw it in the bin thinking it was beyond saving and it's good as new. Couldn't rate it highly enough.

They didn't listen to what i wanted done to my wedding dress and pretty much stuffed it. I asked for lace arm straps i got plain thick straps it no longer fits because they made the arm straps too short and it doesn't zip up anymore. They won't even fix it or offer a refund. Now i have to spend more money getting it changed again to fix it. Not happy at all with their service and they don't speak proper english either.

Asked to reinforce a 3 cm cross area in the crotch of some shorts. They did one line but not the other where the stitch is also visibly missing. Asked why it wasn't done, the answer was you only pointed to that line. Why would I want half the job done? He obviously just said what ever he could to dismiss me. Thanks for nothing.

I have no idea how to express my deep disappointment in this dry cleaners. First time I have gone there and OMG I have never been so angry and upset in my life. If I could rate them 0 starts I would. I have just gone in to collect my dry cleaning 10 expensive items and I had to leave half of them to be cleaned again. I left Armani Emporium $1000 suit jacket that has been completely ruined all the battens are damaged can't be worn again. At the time I dropped it off I asked him if he can skillfully dry clean it as the battens are pouwder coated and couple had fine scafs on the edge from the iffice desk, he said '' yes no problems so to every other item I had I explained what I needed to be done and confirmed agan if he feels confident to do them as I am leaving expensive items and would not be happy if they are damaged. He replied with the same "Yes" so I made the biggest mistake leaving my much loved clothes there. DO NOT DO DRy CLEANING At this place they have no idea how to do it and when you complain they just stand there and tell you that that's how they excepted the item at the time of the drop off or they pretend they don't see what are you unhappy about. I wish I didn't go there but I can't fix it now. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. And after all these he had the hearts to tell me that he has never seen a customer like me instead of apologizing and offering a solution to the problem. The items I left to be cleaned again he was throwing them as they were floor rugs. Hope this gives you a full picture of what will you be having to deal with. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS AWFULL PLACE"

Great dry cleaner who was able to get stains out of my pants suit pants that others were not able to. I had resigned myself to buying a new suit and these guys saved me hundreds. Friendly, helpful & a great service.

Really good dry cleaning service. How good? A friend who works for an opposition cleaners has told me this is the best in the area and I have to agree. Clothes ready when promised, properly cleaned, standard pricing, you can enter from inside or outside the shopping centre.

I went and picked up one of my White Suede jackets today, to see that it was covered in yellow stains. The shop assistant mentioned that it was the machine and chemicals they used, only to deny this when the manager arrived. He then accused me of spilling something all over my jacket - funny that the stains were on the front, the sleeves, the back and even on the inside at the back (not sure how I could spill something on the back inside unless I was tipping a drink down my head????). This isnt the first problem I've had since this place changed ownership - on two occasions two of my dresses had shrunk, and smelt so bad that I had to air them out for the entire day. The shop assistant laughed and said clothes don't shrink from dry cleaning - hilarious considering I have done my research and asked another dry cleaner who confirmed this does happen.Anyway I have taken my jacket to Brown Gouge in Frankston - the first thing the lady said was that this dry cleaner had left a chemical stain all over my jacket and perhaps he should clean his machines and chemicals. Fingers crossed she can sort it out - otherwise thanks for ruining a $300 jacket!!!Don't even waste your time with this joke of a place - completely rude and inexperienced staff and perhaps the owner should learn how to run a business first. If only the previous owner was still there.

Would 100% recommend if you want your garments back broken and poorly cleaned .I have used this dry cleaner 2 or 3 times (too many )They broke a part of my coat (Where the belt threads through) it was clear that it was not broken when I had dropped it off as I dropped it off with two other repairs , I had taken it back a few days later only for him to turn around and Say “it was broken when you dropped it off “ when I know for a fact it was not . I asked him why he didn’t tell me it was broken and he said because I walked off to fast . It was clear he was not taking me serious when I addressed the issue to him , he was smirking while was talking . I then left my coat there to be fixed over the weekend . When I returned to pick it up Monday just after 5pm he was closed (on the website it says 6pm) .When I went in there the following morning he said he had fixed it but the ‘dry cleaner’ said I had worn it - first it was broken when I dropped it off and now I had worn it and taken it back he was to caught up in his lies . I would not suggest taking anything valuable there because they don’t look after it nor take responsibility for there mistakes ! So disappointed

Approached store to ask about a simple alteration and the man acted like my presence was a huge inconvenience. When I asked how much the alteration might cost he sighed and said “I guess you want me to go find out?”, um yes please. Disappeared for 5min and finally came back - surly is an understatement for his demeaneor. Would give zero stars if possible I was too worried to leave my clothes with them!

If I could give this business a 0 star, I would… Extremely poor service. I dropped off a doona cover on Tuesday morning to be dry cleaned as it had a stain on it and he said come back Thursday afternoon as the guy who does them wasn’t available till then. I came back Friday morning and he had said that their machines broke down so for me to come back later and it’ll be done. I instead went there on Saturday morning and he said, nope still not ready. He then asked if I wanted it back and I can return it next week and try again. I said yes. He gave it to me and said, oh sorry, there’s a mark on there - MADE BY THEM!!!! No care given on your expensive garments whatsoever and poor communication!!! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
