Thanks to Liam for his fantastic service over the phone. Assisted with an error I was having on the website, and then was super helpful with a product request and processing of payment. Liam then went above and beyond to ensure product was delivered in a very timely manner. Thanks! will be back.

I went to the North Melbourne showroom in Mid May 2023, to test out the Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair and the Humanscale chairs. Lachlan the manager was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the various chairs to me. I will be placing an order soon, and hopefully the shopping experience will be seamless.

I've been looking to buy a chair for a few months now but research online never helped, nor were the Officeworks/Ikea ones a fit for me. I heard about Bad Backs and decided to visit in-person, since I was desperate to get rid of my Ikea dining chair.Lachlan was a great help and answered questions online and in-person! If you are someone who spends a considerable number of hours sitting at a desk, you know the importance of purchasing a good quality ergonomic chair. The thing I didn't know is there are good ergonomic chairs and then there are GREAT ergonomic chairs. Good is the range you will find at your regular office or furniture retail store. Great is the range you find at Bad Backs.Bad Backs stocks a range of ergonomic chairs both instore and online. Since everyone has different features they are looking for in a chair, I recommend speaking with the staff. I was served by Jonathan, who took the time to listen, ask questions and offer suggestions that fit what I was looking for. He definitely knew his stuff and appreciated his professionalism and expertise.I ended up purchasing a Jirra chair and could not be happier. Assembly was straight forward and worth every dollar. I wanted to have a look at the chair and I was told to visit the store so it can be recommended accordingly.I was greeted well, while in the store I was up sold a product that I didn't need and literally had its tape taken out after 2 days of use.I contact the store and I was told to bring the item back so it can re-assessed. I sent the item via post instead.They didn't accept the item and it took nearly 3 plus weeks for them to pick up the item from the local post office.I then received an email confirming there is infact an issue but they can fix the problem. I wanted to receive a full refund because it would have its tape taken out after 2 days of use again.They declined to refund the full amount and changed me a restocking fees even though it wasn't my fault.They have same products as other vendors do have same products and lot better customer service.

Store has a range of excellent chairs and I spent around 2 hours in there trying to decide what to buy. The owner Jonathan is very nice and helpful and I didn't feel rushed at all.
