One of the worst experiences I had.I ordered a vegetarian Spicy peppy paneer and was served pizza with chicken .When i called to advise that the person who picked the call could not care less about what had happened.After reiterating that i am a vegetarian and you send me a meat , he is like okay we willGive u credit and it might have been as it is “busy”.The way you talk to a customer speaks volumes and well this is insensitive.

Order this at 1.17pm.Expected delivery was 1.45-150I understand hospitality can get busy and so gave them til 2pm to call and confirm. Called them several calls until 2.15 when the finally replied only to tell me food will be another 15min. Food finally arrived at 2.47pm.If this is standard practice for Domino's. They might aswell be called slow food.

Love their quick hot cheap pizza. I have been ordering here for years and it's not often they've served up a disappointing pizza.Recently they've been promoting 50% extra pizza for $3. I can recommend the upgrade. 1 pizza - 2 adult men - full guts and a quick nap!

I don’t know why your delivery track and estimated delivery time is always a display in your domino app,but I can still understand. However, your driver never text me or call me when he arrived, what do you want me do know if my food arrived, from brain wave？ I have ordered 2 times, always like that. Late delivery, no text and no call, Cold food, if you charge the text and phone call for delivery, please add into your app.
