5 Stars and a double thumbs up to principal Steve and wife Bev who answered our enquiry during their Xmals Hols, opened the shop outside of trading hours and went above and beyond to get my hubby on a new Harley before 2022 had ended and the New Year had begun. I don't believe we received special treatment, I'm pretty sure this is just how they roll.

Brilliant Store, Location and Helpful Happy Staff

Huge thanks to the staff in the accessories department who allowed me to purchase a clear visor from a stock helmet so that I could safely continue my long ride home in the very wet and overcast conditions (I had forgotten to pack a clear visor and the Iridium visor I was using was not ideal for these weather conditions).

Every time we've contacted or visited the store every staff member has been so helpful and friendly. Bev was so helpful assisting with helmet purchases recently and also went out of her way to contact us to let us know that new stock was now in store after previous shortages.Ben was also helpful with a purchase from Stihl.When I needed new tyres the guys I dealt with were also helpful and friendly(sorry can't remember your names). I was given great advice on what would be suitable and they happily put some aside for me until I could get to the store.I've worked in the industry and I've found Western Ranges is all round the best for a great array of gear for bikes and great selection of bikes to purchase and all round the nicest staff I've met in a bike shop.Definitely our go to store for our purchases.

Burt and the crew really got me out of a bind and couldn't be more helpful. I got the parts I needed as quickly as possible at a reasonable price

What can I say these guys go beyond. After working in the motorcycle industry these guys stand out, customer service and tech support is the best I’ve come across. They just need to move closer to home lol . Keep up the awesome work team
