They lost my white gold chain.They then said they found it and gave me another one. 100% wasn't mine. It was the wrong length, colour and thickness. They assured me a few times that was mine. I took it back to the shop.I showed a picture of my chain and they agreed it looked different. The chain they tried to give me was the cheap chain you get with pendants. The chain they lost was an upgraded version.We then had a look at the chains they had. I told them none of them looked like mine. I made comments on each chain. I never pointed out an exact chain.Since moving to Brisbane from Gladstone they asked me to provide a stat dec that they did lose my chain to recieve a new one.One was sent to a Brisbane store. The chain they sent me was the exact type they tried to give back to me the first time (except this one was brand new - not a yellowish colour like the one they tried to give me first). I said its not the right chain. I gave up and took the smaller, thinner chain.The gladstone store told the brisbane store they sent me the exact chain that I agreed was the same chain as mine. But i never choose one and they had already agreed that mine was a more expensive chain.I'm just over this experience and am not a fan of my new chain but just simply gave up.My old chain was a whole lot prettier and not so plain and boring as this thinner chain.I didnt appreciate being told that i said and did tyings i never said or did.
