Been going here for 18 years. Helpful reception and the Ting's are fantastic practitioners. Went here for all four of my pregnancies and my children have attended since birth.They were very helpful in detecting my child's autism (pre-diagnosis). The child nurse is also attentive and friendly.

I have been attending this Dr Surgery for over 20 years and I have never had any problems with the Reception staff, they are very busy most days with the phone practically ringing non stop. There are always several Dr's on staff to help and even if you can't see your normal Dr as a walk in because they are fully booked you will still be seen by another Dr who is able to help.

The doctors are good but one of the Asian receptionist was unfriendly and asked me to go and buya mask. There were too many disposable masks there for patients.

Unfortunately cant do zero ⭐️! Please don’t bother with this place ! I honestly dont understand how they are even on the map !! Worst emergency treatment i have ever seen ! Yes they were a last resort but lessoned was learned . Waiting 3 hours in a hospital emergency would have better than stopping by this place ! Absolute disgrace,

Best doctors in the area from my perspective. All of the doctors at this practise are exceptional and I have no preference at all when needing to check in. The ladies at reception are professional and the waiting time is very minimal. I have only waited for an hour once to see a doctor and that was during the pandemic.

Have been a patient for over 10 years. Great doctors, pity about reception staff. enough to turn you away. They never greet you or smile and just stare when you approach the desk waiting for you to tell them what you want. Waited over an hour for appointment and just get told wont be long and who cares. Why would I put my photo there. So I get worse service next time i visit.

Receptionist (Judy) put a walk in before an 8 am appointment on 7 February 2023 was not happy you don't put walk ins before booked appointments. I ended up being late for an interview and lost my chance to get a job. I have known the ting family my whole life I saw daddy ting in 3 places in the shopping centre and the chemist ( 1 place ) was there as well .

Had to wait over 38 minutes even though I booked an appointment. Like bfffr, why book an appointment if you’re going to wait that long, it’s ridiculous.

The doctor saw me fast, empathized with me and helped me get my scripts organized quickly. Very professional and caring. This will be my local gp moving forward. The pharmacy being right beside is also extremely convenient!
