Very happy with both the service and the product. Staff were pleasant and informative when I went in to try our mattresses, no pressuring to get me to buy, gave me a quote and when I ordered they delivered on time. The mattress itself is great, it's the second one I've bought from them.

I recently bought a Cloud 9 mattress from The Natural Bedding Company. It is seriously the best mattress I have ever owned. It’s like sleeping on a cloud. I cannot fault the customer service. It’s also really great to be able to support a local business. I would highly recommend The Natural Bedding Company to anyone looking to buy a mattress!

Some quick thoughts on my purchases....Cassia bed... looks good, excellent height, should last longer than meCloud 9 mattress..lovely.. took a while to get used to, as is always the case for me, but now I am very happy. My husband thought it was superb from the start.French linen sheets... hated them at first as they have a natural slub... but.. now accustomed and enjoy them. They are a gorgeous colour...I bought new appropriately toned pillow cases and quilt cover to compliment them.
