I painted the house pictured with a dulux semi-gloss water based product only months ago.. I should have opted for the oil base I guess given the rain

A few swings and play equipment to use. Water fountain and no toilets. There is plenty of room/shade for a party with all the tall trees. Equipment is up to date and nice for the kids.

Seaham Street Reserve Playground
Lovely little playground and the equipment is very new and in excellent condition. There is plenty of room to run and seating. Not too busy and only a few other people so no crowding or any kind of issues like that. It’s a perfectly good example of a small suburban playground provided by the council and I am pleased that we are able to enjoy great facilities like this.
