Dropz Backdrops | Personalized Photography Backdrops

As others have stated, I can verify that their customer service is poor, and this is even before the Covid pandemic. No response to any of my emails. Just automated emails confirming items processed, shipped etc. My first order there were coffee mug stains on the backdrop. It was ok as I was able to rub it off but pretty disappointing when it's suppose to be a new product! Second order has been massively delayed. No responses, no apologies, no comment whatsoever.

Ok so I did get my order…. but it took just about a month to arrive. So it you are not in a hurry then use these guys. However if you want good customer service and fast postage then stay clear. I’m really disappointed with these guys. I have ordered before and their service was great but now it’s terrible (just read the other reviews!!) I get it that covid has made things hard but not this hard. Multiple emails and phone calls and even Facebook messages but no reply UNTIL I started saying I will approach the ACCC - then I get a reply. These guys have a good quality product but they really need to get their service up to scratch. If your running late with an order then say something- whatever you do don’t say nothing.

These took a lot longer to come than advertised and the owners were non-responsive when I contacted them to clarify the status of my order. When they eventually did arrive the colours were wrong

If I could do zero stars I would. Didn't receive two items that were ordered in December. Don't return phone calls and send false shipping information. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Absolutely disappointed with Natalie!! Never had a problem until now! Have been trying to contact for weeks about a damaged backdrop that i ordered almost 2 months ago, the couriers have even recollected it and have opened up the claim for her to get the money back from their insurance... so where is mine?!. All I want is my refund. And she just ignores emails, phone calls and fb messages. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend everyone else does.

Ordered a backdrop stand and 2x colour backdrop. Paid $40 for express order my total order $480. Been over a week! Don't return emails, no one picks up the phone! Don't order from this this company!

Wish i had read the reviews here before i purchased. Backdrops finally received a month after placing my order. Despite repeated phone calls and emails to the seller to find out what was going on, there was no response whatsoever. Two days after lodging a dispute with my bank it turned up at my front door. Terrible grainy quality with marks all over it. Do not recommend this business at all. Buy at your own risk.

I sent an enquiry and received a response from Natalie almost immediately. She was able to custom cut my backdrop to fit my photography box. The products were completed and shipped in a timely manner. It was shipped 1 day and arrived the next. I opened my package and was in love with the quality. So beautiful! Thank you Natalie for a great customer experience.

If I could give less, I would. I really wish I'd seen these reviews prior to spending over $600 with these cowboys. Almost 3 weeks in, still no order (even though I now know they're just a few km's away) and no responses to emails or phone calls. Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all cost
