I just had a delux pedicure and was impressed how lovely the service and the shop was. Will definitely return.

I went to this place was amazingly nice people but my experience was not goodI sat in a hard seat absolutely no comfort put my feet in the feet spa where they filled it with a tiny bit of soap and then I got told the plugs didn’t work so I spent the next hour bending over to the tap refilling the water so it would sit past my toes and had a foot massage that lasted about 20 seconds and about ten on the other foot really lovely lady that did my pedicure she was so nice but really bad experience I felt like I couldn’t relax and it was $70 dollers!

Miss Jay’s has the best vibe and staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly and made all customers feel welcome and accepted. While everyone was superb, Jen was next level! They made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this place!

I have been getting my nails done consistently at Miss Jay's for nearly a year and I am honestly addicted! I have been growing out my natural nails and I get the bio-sculpture base and gel mani every time (about 3-4 weeks) and experience little to no lifting or cracking in between appointments, my nails stay super healthy and are growing so long and are not brittle or damaged in any way. The service is always impeccable, they are always on time with no wait time and I am in and out in 60 mins with a full soak off and manicure and reapplication of gel polish. The salon is gorgeous and pink and makes my queer heart sing to be surrounded by amazing queer art and so much colour and every single nail tech that I have seen has been nothing short of incredible. So far I have only gotten a single colour (no nail art) and I still get so many compliments on my nails because they have such an amazing colour selection as well! Love coming to Miss Jays!

I came in for ombré nails based on the left image. After 1 hour and 45 mins the technician was still on the first layer of ombré and kept wiping it off unable to work the gun. By 2 hours in I asked to just got to black as it was obvious it wasn’t going to be possibly and we were hugely over time on a day that I really needed any minute I had (it took 2 hours and 20 mins!!). This was for a film shoot tomorrow with a specific brief and I left sad knowing I couldn’t remove what was done and out of time. I appreciate the effort, the people were kind, I just feel awful having paid for something I didn’t want and losing so much time. It leaves me low in confidence that I could get nail art done here.

Absolutely love coming to Miss Jay’s for my nails! Chelsea and the team are all amazing at what they do and all super friendly and informative. Never walked away unhappy with my service and always get lots of compliments on my nails ☺️ could not recommend these guys highly enough!
