Washed For Cars

Wish I had read the recent reviews before bringing my car here. The service would be good value if it were free but unfortunately it was disappointing inside and out. Pictures were taken immediately after the clean, even before driving home. I'm most disappointed with the vacuuming" of the inside. Frankly

Service great, staff friendly. This is a drive-through automated car wash. There are different packages available. The whole process takes about 3 minutes to have the car washed and dried on the outside. There are staff that handry the windows. The venue is clean and easily accessible from the main road. While you wait, there is a coffee shop with light meals. Or if you only want coffee, there is a separate lane for that. There is also a dog wash facility. While you wait, there is a licensed coffee shop to enjoy light meals and a beer. Or coffee?

Always a line-up but worth the wait. Great staff always patient with a smile. Cant complain, car is pampered all the time. Would recommend getting your car cleaned while you wait at their cafe which by the way serves good coffee and a variety of sandwiches. I gave my car a full body wash with tyre shine.

Been going here with my two company cars since they opened.Last week I brought my car in, which had some dead bugs on the front which I let them know about before I went in the wash. The new equipment didn’t really clean the front well at all. I wasn’t expecting perfect. But it looked sh”t,Showed it to the their staff, I suggested running it through again, nobody else was there. Was told to pay another $24.Asked them if they would accept a car looking like that after paying for a wash.Told them I wouldn’t come back and they will lose a customer, manager had a poor attitude and didn’t care. I think of all the times this place this place had equipment down or was short staffed and didn’t do a great job , I never complained. The one time I did they burned me off.

Cleaned in and out for$59.Only took 15min to my surprise.Was not happy with end result.When driving home noticed inside of windows not cleaned properly.Alloy wheels still dirt inside.Grime on the roof still.Very disappointing..I was contacted by the manager who was interested in details of my complaint to train better the staff and complimantry wash.

So this business used to be fantastic now they have installed a more automatic system to cut down on labour costs I assume they no longer do wheels and the wash is average at best. Rear tailgate not washed wheels were dirty as when I went in and the price goes upNot recommended

They replaced the staff who normally brief clean the body thoroughly clean the alloys with machine. The wheels and alloys clean is getting worse. It is very disappointing ! See the photos which took just after the car wash. If they won’t solve the issues, the business will go downhill soon.

Paid $70 very quick service for onside and outside … happy with service except my dash wasn’t cleaned properly and was left with a few spotty places and a big patch was missed - not sure was worth $70
