I met with Lucy yesterday at short notice. She was amazing. I have been using a CPAP machine for a couple of years and needed a replacement mask. She not only fitted me with a better option, she calibrated my machine to optimise my sleep quality. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Truly professional and compassionate.

She has been so helpful, all my questions have been thoroughly answered, and my new RESMED is amazing.I HIGHLY recommend Lucie especially to anyone who is unsure, or uncertain about which way to proceed. You WILL sleep better!

No question was a problem for Lucie to answer, she was able to put me at ease with this new experience. Her knowledge and friendly manner made the whole experience a pleasant one.
