Over many years I have had massages from many different people. For the past 2 years I have been receiving regular remedial massage treatment from Deborah. I didn't know what a proper massage was until I experienced Deborah's gifted ability to assess my body's muscular and related sensory movement requirements. This can only come about from someone that is highly trained with years of advanced practice. I can't say enough about how rewarding each treatment is - it is more like an experience with Deborah than a treatment.As I have recently developed a neuropathy in my lower legs and feet, Damien, also at Shen, provides me with acupuncture treatment. Damien's thorough manner of explaining the purpose of each acupuncture and related physiology of the acupuncture, is excellent. I have found both the treatment and process with Damien most beneficial.
