Bunnings Kingsgrove

Went for a refund and the guy couldn't work out how to do it. Had to look at my drivers license!? In the end asked to provide an electronic receipt he couldn't send that through. Everything else is quite alright but refund or exchange and electronic receipt provisioning could be more improved.

Just visited our local Bunnings at Kingsgrove 7:30pm. We were unable to purchase paint as they didn’t have anyone there that knew how mix paint. We were told to come back another day but also told they couldn’t guarantee that there would be someone on who could do it. Very disappointing from a store that is usually so helpful !

Pretty good experience with this Bunnings loads of parking ,this place is huge , there's every thing that you can ever need for your house or garden . On another trip to Bunnings all is as above .This time the experience was not so pleasant , I was after a simple thing so I stopped at the checkout to ask , as they were not serving anyone, the manager was talking with teller so I stood there waiting , other teller started to serve someone, manager ignored me and kept going on about some rental and dont pay for km's with teller, I found this to be very rude, as I was there some time without a simple I'll be just a minute or some kind of acnoligement , so off I went to find someone that did help me locate just what I needed ,then back to the teller and guess what she is still going on about some rental and km's but now another teller is involved and I'm waiting again , iam very patiant but this is not the way customer service works . I think the manager could have done better she needs to brush up on her customer service etiquette......

Really helpful staff especially Norma. She spent time trying to find item on PowerPass app for return when barcode has fallen off item. Others would have given up but she persisted and fixed the issue in the end. Thanks Norma. A huge asset to Bunnings

I was very tired today and needed a shower head due to the one that died on me days ago… I pushed myself from a hospital visit to buy a new one. When I got there I couldn’t find the one I saw online…I asked a young man -Luca if he could help me find it. Unsuccessfully not found he did find a similar one. I took it thanked him and was on my way to find double adhesive tape and heavy duty fly spray. As I turned around Luca greeted me with the shower head I originally wanted …above and beyond indeed. He sent me on my way ro find the other items and was greeted with an (American or Canadian accented) man to help me find the tape…My point is this…. I was exhausted and am grateful for having these two people assist me and made my life easier… heartfelt thank you to both of them.

Amazing, friendly and very understanding staff members and managers. I totally damaged a light in the car park. Went up to report it to a staff member serving at the self service area. He called the manger and we went over to have a look and their response was so professional, they cordon out the area and had someone to come fix it straight away. I on the other hand was free to go. Love how calm and cool they were to the situation. And I believe the whole bunnings family in Australia resemble what I experienced that day. Thanks Bunnings Kingsgrove.

We might never arrive at our actual Tuesday time cause I thought it was gonna rain at that time, so we arrived here at my closest Bunnings and next to my former high school at Kingsgrow all I want to say the place is nice and quiet as usual we had a nice walk around the huge store and a huge underground parking with a lot of spaces.

Great set-up. Escalator 4-up was not working. Had a bite-drink at the Cafe. Convenient for Belmore residents.
