Awarded a renovation contract for my new house to KGF after they were recommended by friends. I was not disappointed and they stoup to their reputation.The work involved installing new windows, renovating bathrooms, drywalls, remodelling rooms and a lot of carpentry.I definitely recommend KGF for all works. They are trustworthy, easy to deal with and do a great job.

As the Director of Pan Homes we engaged KGF Carpentry to undertake internal fitout out works for a detached dual occupancies . The fitout out work comprised the laying of tongue and groove brush box timber flooring , all joinery work to doors , windows ,architraves and skirtings and additional installation of a timber internal stair and fitting of windows and doors.its was very apparent that Keiran Farrel was a superb carpenter as the timber floor was laid and fixed with care and precision.Keiran's workmanship and experience was further indicated with the climatisation of the timber floor boards through the introduction of buckets of water within the rooms to mediate the moisture content within the timber floor. It was an immaculate installation.further to this the hanging of the doors and installation of door hardware was undertaken with great precision and specialised gear which I have not seen in before in Australia. Kerian is a first class carpenter and builder . His experience is solving technical issues was display many times to progress the projects building works. If you are after a first class carpenter and joiner or builder Kerian Farrel will fulfill that role.

I used KFG for a small job, closing in a balcony on a Federation House. Based on the results of that I was quick to engage Kieran's services again for a major extension out the back.You never know what you're up for when you peel back the layers of a 100 year old house, however Kieran was quick to point out issues, and offer solutions as early in the process as you could reasonably expect.I came away extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, the timely manner in which the job was completed and the overall cost of each job, probably the 3 most important factors for any reno..Highly recommended.

Kieran completely renovated three bathrooms, a laundry and undertook some internal structural changes. Kieran and his team were excellent to work with, very understanding of our requirements and I loved their attitude, “ never problems, only solutions”.The work site was kept exceptionally clean, the project completed on time and we were very happy with the cost and standard of work. I would thoroughly recommend KGF Carpentry for any building project.

Kieran has completed repairs / renovations on 3 different occasions on our villa.He evaluates what work has to be done, and listens to your views and concerns. I found his work to be first class and he is very easy to deal with.He submits a written quote prior to starting the work and ensures the work site is cleaned up upon completion.We consider Kieran to be a quality builder.
