They’ve now boutiqued this Vinnies and lost the top floor, but despite the smaller inventory overall it does now have a roomier and more relaxed feel. What they have lost in that top floor is a whole lot of kids’ toys and manchester - they still have kids’ books and DVDs but in smaller number. Glad to still see the same staff there since the conversion.

Amazing charity! Great place to find some great bargains while knowing your money is going to support those in need. Some vintage items and classic games and puzzles. Prices are always reasonable and you can pay by card now! Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They really know what is around the whole store, they recommended items that might be a good alternative for me.

Easy walk from busy Epping train station. Chinese speaking volunteer was available for customers.This Vinnies has been there for decades. Glad to see that it is still there even though Epping has changed so much.Still offering good quality clothes and bric a brac. Another nice thing which has not changed over time.

Misbehaving manager using swear words, just because I parked my car at the back. Talked with me in a really bad tone. Trying to overpower me by shouting at me. Shameless fellow doesn’t know how to talk to a woman in a respectful manner.Strict action must be taken against such behaviour.

Great op shop with little odds and ends from decades ago. Cheap prices, nice range of old clothing, bags and shoes

This used to be a really good op shop, however in Vinnies infinite wisdom they have reduced the floor space, reduced the stock and upped the price 25%. This is a blight sweeping op shops, eventually they will realise this is stupid, well I hope so anyway.

A great place to find good bargains on clothes, kitchenware, books, and practically everything a household needs. They have recently revamped the store layout which made it look more like a retail shop so good job! It's a great charity as well and I love the fact that every purchase I make helps another person or family in need.
