On St Leonards IGA website it says ...At St Leonards IGA, we pride ourselves on our quality products, lowest prices and good old fashioned customer service to our lovely locals. I'm local and the toxic attitude of the deli worker is wreaking the customer service at this shop. If good old fashion customer service is to make me feel like i canot approach the deli for fear of being verbally abused then he nailed it.

Customer service is funny but the horrendous experience is coming from the guy in Deli (M…o) who was shoving me and when I asked his name, he started yelling and contacted the supervisor. Glad that I heard even the respected supervisor confirmed he has plenty of issues with other customers as well.Sorry for the loss you have been experiencing and will be more by looking at other customers’ reviews

Really bad customer experience. Bought soup starter pack and product is off. Was asking for refund the day after, i had the receipt but not able to get refund. Had to bring the product for a refund.Seems that lady doesn't believe me when i show the photo that product is off. She said the rest of them are still fine.How terrible her responseHow could u feed your family like that.

Friendly staff who were very helpful offering practical suggestions to make the shopping experience smoother.There are an array of cheap fruit snacks, drinks, vegetables, cerals and toileteries to browse through...not to mention the selection of bread!All types of yummy tuna can be retrieved as well...rest assured!

As a grocery shop convenient and near the train station IGA serves a purpose, however, I do feel recently that standards have dropped off. They changed suppliers on a few items and the produce is no longer fresh, despite still being expensive. I left feedback for the store manager to call me directly but no contact was forthcoming.

This store is probably the smallest compared to other iga store. Its messy due to the lack of space. Quite hard to find where the items are. Although it is quite convenient as it lies in the station.

Maurizio from the deli is so rude.The customer service from Lucy was great.... but Maurizio who runs the deli at night is extremely rude. I shop at St leonards iga almost every day because it's so convenient but can't buy from the deli. It would be good if someone who enjoys there job could work in the deli. Even the manager has no controll over him. Funny just saw a review from 2 days ago is about deli man too. It's not just me he has been rude to.

IGA Romeo's Food Hall St Leonards
It in an convenient location near the train station and bus stop. It's small but neatly packed. They sell mostly packaged and junk 'food'. But there is many variety of salads at the deli for very reasonable prices. The check out machines are one of the slowest and most confusing machines I have ever used.
