Connor was absolutely fantastic, the best customer service I've received in a very long time. He was so enthusiastic, warm, helpful and also very knowledgeable. I walked away with some great buys and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Connor I hope Dusk appreciates all you do for your customers...will be back for sure.

Friendly helpful service, helped me pick out the candle holders I needed and made sure I received the discount for the sale I wasn't aware of

Had the absolute worst customer experience at this store today. Went in just wanting to browse by myself as wanting to purchase quite a few items, as soon as I walked in was met with a friendly sales assistant. That’s fine. Except I told her I was just happy browsing (I much prefer browsing by myself than with a consultant) she seemed happy to let me browse. I go to look at another item, she comes up to me again, talking to me about purchasing the products I was looking at & encouraging me to look at others similar. Again, mentioned I was happy browsing. I go to pick an item up, she appears AGAIN talking to me about the item trying to get me to purchase it… I tell her no I’ll just buy the diffuser I had in my hand (which I didn’t even want to buy at this point) & she then continues trying to get me to purchase the coasters I was looking at when I am at the counter!! As someone who has anxiety about shopping in the first place I will absolutely never be returning, this isn’t the first time this has happened either. I wanted to spend a substantial amount at this store but the incredibly annoying assistant turned me off doing so. Would not recommend this store to absolutely anyone! An anxious persons nightmare.

The staff were excellent, store is beautiful and zip pay is my new addiction. love my floor candlestick

I love the candles and the set up , However I do not need 6 workers asking me if I need help, one after the other. I wasn't even in the store for 5minutes too. It was way too overwhelming for me. One person is enough and If I did need help, I would of asked.

Kerry is always really helpful and attentive when I shop at this branch, the other staff are friendly too :)
